Sent multiple items when I only ordered one(1) and sent associated items when I did not order them at all(respiratory supplies). People on phone seemed unknowledgeable. Billing took place several months, one time One Year, after order. Company kept on botching its insurance submissions. They were helpful in fitting a CPAP mask at one of their hard-to-find walk-in location. But getting supplies was abysmal. I needed to switch away from them, but frankly there are so many incompetent companies selling this stuff, no one makes it easy. Online is best, if u can trust them.

Words can not describe the frustration of having to deal with this company. the customer service and follow through adds up to 0 stars. They truly do not understand how important there job is and that patients depend on them. Very disappointing.

Ordered a lift chair. Promised 7 – 10 days delivery. Many calls to them. Told them I was going away and the date I had to have it. Got it then – 3 weeks later. Never return phone calls until several follow-ups. Doctor had to fax Medicare papers twice. Unable to get a response from repair. Need to keep calling.

I agree with all the other reviewers who gave this business one star. The customer service is very poor. I called daily to see if the hospital bed that we needed was ready. They kept telling me that they never received the paper work from the doctor. The doctor and his office manager assured me that the paperwork was sent over twice to them. When I let Robert’s know this they told me Do you know how many emails we get everyday… this is no way to run a business Robert’s!

Terrible customer service — takes 2weeks to get items repaired under warranty & that’s only if you keep calling/pursuing/pestering them. Promise to call back & never do. Just can’t understand how they can stay in business by ignoring customers. Of course, they’re the largest(?) in DC area & who the rehab /hospitals use so a customer is kinda stuck!

Worst service. I came home from hospital on Saturday and was advised crutches would be delivered. Monday I called and was advised I needed to pay a co pay. I paid it. Late Thursday and when I called no evidence of a delivery being sent. I was promised a call back within thirty minutes, no call. I need the crutches to walk, I have a broken leg. What is it with this company?

What a pleasant surprise after a frustrating and painful week. Not only did they have everything I needed, they were so professional and warm I almost forgot about my broken ankle. I hope I don’t need medical equipment again, but if I do, Im going back there.
