I went to TIGI with Groupon in hand for a haircut and full highlights. It was a slow Saturday morning and the staff was friendly. My stylist was chatty and seemed genuinely interested in me and my needs. The highlights seemed to take forever and I was a bit wiggly and ready to go, BUT the final result was fantastic! I had never had highlights that looked that good or, now months later, grew out so well. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is that their regular prices are too high for me to use them again. I hope they do another Groupon or Living Social special!

I thought this salon was affiliated with Toni & Guy but I realized upon entering it’s not. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and I’m pretty easy to please. When I requested a haircut she blunty said ok sit down. I asked her a few hair related questions and you’d think I asked for her first born child. I told her nevermind and left. Very rude, unprofessional and I’m glad I went with my better judgement and did not get a haircut there.

I really didn’t know what to expect when I walked into Tigi. Previous to Tigi, this girl from Circe in old town Alexandria just lobbed off ten inches of my hair but didn’t style it into the trendy bob I wanted. But as soon as the stylist at Tigi started cutting, you could tell he knew what he was doing.
Great customer service, expert stylist, and cute setup. I can tell the place is just starting up, but I would honestly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylist that listens to what you want and is good at what he does! Very talented!

2 months ago I had my hair done at Alexandre De Paris and the girl that did my hair, ruined it and literally butchered it. I had the Keratin Treatment done as well, however it only lasted 2 months. So I decided to find another salon to redo the treatment as well as fix my hair. I found TIGI. I saw a young girl named Ann, and she did an amazing job on my hair and was able to fix the butchered job that Alexandre did to my hair. She also redid the Keratin treatment and it came out just perfect!!! I am very pleased with the work that she did and would recommend her 110%.
