Nice location office, awkward location (finally getting better as they finish construction) and lying staff.
I use this location for drop offs for my packages (typically do it all online) and I’m working on getting my passport. FedEx can take your passport photos, I figure well why not I’m right here. so I go we take the picture and then he says it’ll be over 16 dollars.
I was stunned, 2 minutes of his time for that price and I inquired why? He says that they use the required special film that’s required. He says it’s guaranteed.
Well sure enough I look it up later and this was just a complete lie, sure the photographs appear proper, but don’t tell me some stupid story about special film. I’m a hobby photographer and I’ve never dealt with this elusive professional film. I’m disappointed how can I trust them with other projects now?
On a positive note I bought a desk calendar for $ 2.00 lol (previously $ 5.00 which wasn’t a bad deal to begin with)

Ali provided us with exceptional customer service when helping me create the flyers for one of my high profile listings. This place was also good luck to me when I needed to produce my reports during my time at Mason. This FedEx Office is dear to my heart because of the great service they provided.

FedEx offers a super easy service, simply upload the files that you need to have printed, select how you want your document printed e.g., double-​sided, stapled, color v. b/​w and pick your documents up at your nearby fedex store. Seriously, it was that easy. Seriously, I walked in, gave the clerk my name and picked up my job. The store was clean and the clerk knew exactly where my final copies were located. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. The timing was very important to me because I was on a deadline.
This is a great service, thank you FedEx.
