Chick-fil-A

Chic-​fil-​A is quality and has the best chicken sandwiches when comparing to other fast food places. I loved my spicy chicken and the waffle fries were great. The service was amazing; the staff is trained so well. I just wish there were more Chick fil A spots opening in Northern VA.

As far as fast food restaurants go the service at Chick-​fil-​A is stellar. Every time we go there everybody is so nice so attentive and so polite. The service is quick, the food is good, and their diet lemonade is awesome. Love it. The only downside I feel is that the menu is somewhat limited but if you’re in the mood for a chicken, this is your place.

So I should first say I really like Chick fil A food in general. Service is good, the place appears clean and staff is friendly. That said I will never come back to this location again.
Two months ago I stopped in for lunch and got to Spicy Chicken Deluxes (I think that’s what they are called). They were delicious. But about 6 hours later my stomach started grumbling and I started feeling sick. Things progressed and while I never puked I did have problems at the other end for two days. I had to call in sick for work. The first time in 24 years. It was almost uncontrollable. I was not willing to blame it on Chick fil A at that point because there was a stomach flu going around but I wasn’t positive there was not a connection.
Today I thought — hell, let’s give it a try
again. I’m betting it was the flu and damn, Chick fil A is right there as I was coming off 66.
I ordered the same spicy chicken sandwich and again it tasted great! But I’m here to tell you that I am writing this from the toilet again! I’m afraid to wander off to far. I drove to 7 – 11 with a roll of toilet paper.
I’m never going back. Something is wrong there. Just sayin.

Good food, friendly and fast service, clean interior. Can’t ask for more from a chick fil a.

Every time I go through their drive thru, they are exceptional in the service and their orders. I like extra pickles on everything and they always get it right; unlike Mcdonalds!

I took my kids to Chick fill-​a today and this place will be in our go to list from now on. Very convenient to me, close to my house and the people serve here are very nice, clean restaurant, and the play area is a wow, my son didn’t want to leave for more than an hour. It was just great for me to rest a little while my son takes his energy off. Great fast food place for family!

What is it about Chick-​fil-​A that is SO good?! The food at this restaurant is consistent and fresh, the employees are always friendly and accommodating, and the service is amazingly fast — so much so that a long line of cars, or inside the restaurant never means a very long wait. We can get in and out of this store AND run errands on my lunch hours.
**also, like all Chick-​fil-​As, definitely family friendly, from the bathrooms, to the play area!

First visit to this location in a while. Was a typically reliable chick-​fil-​a meal, which was good.

This is a really terrible Chick-​Fil-​A. I think it’s the only Chick-​Fil-​A I’ve ever visited with a B sanitation rating. Absolutely gross. I’d hate to think what the kitchen looks like.

Stopped in for lunch here while out shopping in the Fair Lakes area and had a good experience like I always do at Chick Fil A.
This location is convenient and has plenty of parking. The interior is styled just like any other one in the chain with clean tables and plenty of space.
What makes Chick Fil A a win is the über friendly and helpful staff that always go above and beyond to provide the exceptional service that they’re known for.
The food was fresh and tasty like it always is, so no complaints there. I did try the diet frozen lemonade and was very surprised at how good it was. I will definitely be getting that again.
Oh and by the way, notice that when you check in on Unilocal you can get a free chocolate chunk cookie. BONUS!!!
As usual it hit the spot and made me feel good about spending my money here.

Here’s the thing — I love Chick-​fil-​A, but I dread any play-​places where kids who are way too old to be inside are terrorizing the little kids who are supposed to be able to have fun. «Kids 3 and Under» says the sign at this location, yet during our visit this week, there was a 9yo perched at the top of the playhouse, waving a cap gun and screaming, «I’ll kill your face!» You’ve got to be kidding me. I pulled my 2yo out of there faster than you can say chicken nugget, warned nearby parents and reported it to the manager. He was young, and while sympathetic, did nothing to remedy the situation the next 5 minutes we were packing up our stuff. It was a disappointing experience and I’m surprised a family-​friendly restaurant didn’t address the situation to make the play-​area safe for kids of all sizes.

Service at the drive thru continues to deteriorate. From placing an order to delivery of the order — 17 minutes on one visit. No response from owner when I contacted Chick-​fli-​A regarding issue. Decided to try again — ordered a four count mini, diet coke and hash browns; got a spicy, hash browns and some mystery drink. Drove back to correct the order, at least the guy inside was pleasant but the person who’d helped me at the window just gave me a nasty look the entire time.
UPDATE: I give up, I continue to get the wrong food almost everytime I go through the drive thru. Three count mini ordered, got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. There’s no quality check, no confirmation, no follow through.
I’m done with this Chick-​Fil-​A.

Wow can I say the service has dropped at this location. I have been stopping here since it opened and its lost a bit of that service one comes too know of this place. I normally dine in but decided on drive thru since I had to get to work. I ordered sweet tea got charged and given an oj? Also ordered egg and cheese on my biscuit, wow I get to work no egg and cheese.
I drive back hey I’ll pardon the on tea mixup but they didn’t even say sorry we messed up? Really come on guys your known for service. I normally wouldn’t call them out but if no one does it will not get better. I guess I may reconsider my breakfast choices. My hash browns where also mushy and not crispy wth today was a bad day for them… Well I guess its a sign I should lay of the junk!!! Hahaha still better than crap Donalds ha!

Simply the best. Great food, great service, very nice location! I usually use the drive thru, they have the best milkshakes!

Kids love the play area and food. What’s not to like. Wish they had a more extensive menu.

Absolutely perfect. I did not think «fast food» during my Experience here at chick-​Fil-​a. Excellent taste, interior, and tables. I also love their ketchup. An employee even came around asking everyone How their food was and asked if we needed refils. I see why this place is becoming successful compared to McDonald’s and Burger King. I am definitely coming back here once again.

Like a fool who is glutton for punishment – I keep returning with high hopes for this place. They are consistent… consistently awful. How can corporate continue to let this place be run this way? Again tonight the chicken strips were way over cooked. Just confirms this is by far the WORST CFA ever. If I keep my expectations low, then I should be happy they got the count right this time.

— Second time they forgot the dipping sauce in the drive thru.
— Gave me a hard time about 1 Chocolate Chunk Cookie via Unilocal for check in
— only 1 Lane open most of the time at the drive thru
Pro:
If you go inside the venue, it’s like a 180. You get good service, they bring out your food (at least the ice cream), and you just worry about yourself and where you sit.
All in all, the drive thru experience was what made me gave 3 stars. Just remember to check your items before you drive off, be patient in line, and ask for the manager if there is any trouble.

I made my first visit to this location yesterday for a take out. I was impressed with the poinsettias on each table and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The service was efficient and quick. One of my orders, side salad came out fast even though I asked them not to put any cheese on it. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they forgot to include shredded red cabbage in my side salad which I did not notice until later. No wonder it did not look as colorful. :(

YAY! A Chick Fil A within stumbling distance from my home!!! The gods were smiling on me the day this location opened… I may never darken the drive throughs of McD, BK, or Wendy ever again!
I love me some chick-​fil-​a and this place is awesome. Even when the line is long, the wait rarely is. I’ve always been treated very well at this location. The staff is young and new because the location is new.
Pristine clean, sparklingly new, and with the exception of one soggy order of fries, yummy, yummy food! Go! I recommend the chicken ;)
