Wow… America runs on dunkin? But this location… Hmm great service, but lacks actual supplies. 3 of the 4 things we needed were not available. The only thing I walked out with that I actually wanted was a cup of coffee. And even that was subpar for DD. I Do have to say it wasn’t all bad. They had great service and the cashier was more than kind. We were traveling cross country with our potty trained toddler. Since she wanted orange juice and we Needed a clean bathroom this was an ideal spot for a busy tot and clean rest spot. First, they did not have orange juice, but hey they had lots of vitamin water and some milk, but both are things we don’t allow her to have; so husband went back out and got some orange juice from a gas station. Secondly, while we were waiting for the order, we were politely informed that there was what we ordered(veggie eggs) were not available. We substituted for egg whites, and that worked — - but still not the same. It was blan and just ok. She didn’t eat much due to lack of flavor. On the bright side, the third item– use the restroom– was in good condition and clean… However, #4 on our list was also unavailable. #4 is that we would require toilet paper… There was none in the women’s nor men’s restroom. Juggling a toddler that has to go potty, only to find that there’s no TP in either bathroom, is really frustrating. ITWASONLY7AM. how is it possible to not have the store prepped by 7? My husband and I both worked in fast food as teens… So we know that there are easy remedies to these situations. All of these items could have been avoided with several tips. #1 actually prep to open the store by closing the store fully stocked. Especially in regarding the bathroom. With the out of stock items, they could be traded from another store easily– or a sign could be placed at the register or menu board with items out of stock. In addition the cashier should be fully knowledgable to inform the customer. On the bright side– and the only reason I gave them 2 stars-The customer service. If the store was properly handled they could be a 5 star store. I wish the gentleman was wearing a name tag that helped me, he was awesome. Had I worked in the area Id have recruited him for a job.

Time and time again … I stop here before work and There’s always an über long wait here. The staff is fairly young but very nice… Maybe they need more training or someone with experience and drive to spearhead the shift for them to understand the dunkin slogan of «fueling America on the go» because I don’t think they are getting it. I will try here again in a few months but no time sooner. I don’t like the wait :-(

How hard is it to tell me you don’t carry a certain sandwich? Workers are incompetent and rude. They never have any donuts and the drive thru wait is way too long for it to be «on the run»

Oh yummy! I was so glad there was a Dunkin Donuts so close to my hotel in Fairburn, because there wasn’t much else in this truck stop of a town! I was happy to be able to walk over to DD for my morning coffee needs! The people were nice, for what we ordered(two boxes o’joe) the service was fast, and the coffee was great! Very thankful Dunkin’ Donuts is so close to the Hampton Inn.
