Conclusion: Southern Cosmo Baking Co is a pretty good place for your cupcaking servicing needs. They serve a gang of flavored cupcakes between Red Velvet, Vanilla, a Chocolate Overload, Citrus Apricot, Strawberry Lemonade (In which was very good by the way), Peanut Butter chocolate, Margaritia flavored and more. I personally loved the Carrot Cake Cupcake. Plus they are pretty decent sized cupcakes so you will not be getting cheated for the price. In addition this place sells cookies, sliced & whole cakes, pies and banana pudding. Definitely not a bad place to go to if you live on the southside for your sweet tooth needs as after dinner or orders for a small party.

After eating at the pizza joint on the corner, I decided to check this bakery out. I purchased 2 red velvet cupcakes, 2 chocolate cupcakes & 1 sweet potato cupcake. The red velvet was delicious! It was very moist & the icing was good. I’m not a big fan of alot of icing but this was not bad. I will be returning to order a whole red velvet cake & hope that it’s as good as the cup cakes. If so, I’ll be making a trip there once a month.
Update
My hubby decided to surprise me Monday after valentines by getting me 5 red velvet cupcakes since I liked them so much a couple of weeks before. I was soooo disappointed. They were dry & not good at all. I guess they were left over from the valentines since all of the bad weather. I will now wait a couple of months before going back.
