Walked in, got help right away. Told the guy that tech support wanted me to have the box swapped. 2 minutes later I was walking out with my new box. Quick and painless. Very impressive!

Prices are a little steep for channel packages but if you have any issues with your service they are there to remedy within 24 hours. The branch office is where one would go to make a payment, set up service, disconnect service, or update equipment. The lines move fast and there’s plenty of parking on the street and in the rear of the building.
The lobby is small but you won’t be waiting long. The service coordinators are very knowledgeable and will have the best answer for you within seconds. I had the opportunity to deal with two separate coordinators today. The reason being two faulty dvr boxes. On my first visit I spent a total of 3 minutes in the building and left with a new receiver. Unfortunately the receiver didn’t work so I had to go back to the office for another receiver. On the second visit, I spent a total of 4 minutes in the building before leaving with a new receiver.

I know have every channel I’m paying for and I had the opportunity to deal with two very pleasant associates.
