Sucky service. Drink was never called out. Left hanging on counter. terrible attitude. worst experience so far. disrespectful worker. water-​ed down mocha, probably wasted 10 dollars and the drink has spit in it. Never again. lost my service.

Zero stars. I went to Starbucks this morning for a venti Carmel frappacino. I didn’t get a «hi how are you doing «or «hi can I help you .» What I got was a stare down. Staring me up and down like I’m an animal. I go up to order, and wow «can you just look at me and not be rude «or «damn that face. Can you smile «well I ordered my drinks and never did they call out my drink or my name. So yeah my drink sat on the counter for five min. It was watered down mother water. I still have it. Hrm. Hunnnnnnay work on your customer service or do work at all. Thank you have a good day. Bye. See you never

I love Starbucks it’s my favorite place to get a nice cold drink of ice tea. I have been to the Ewa Beach Starbucks many times because I like the convenience of the drive-​through. The problem is they never get my drink correct. They either forget to include the peach or mango or even the lemon aid. Even after attempting to remake my drink they still get it wrong. Pretty much the only thing they got correct so far was my brownie. :(

I usually go to this location because of the drive-​thru convenience. 9 times out 10 the drive-​thru line takes me over 20 minutes to even get to the order box. I’ve written Starbucks corporate numerous times about either needing to staff more workers in the morning or providing this store with more blenders and such so that they don’t have to wait long for one drink in the blender to be done before they can put in another. Multiple times the only response I’ve gotten back from corporate was «we’ll share your feedback with the store». Obviously my «feedback» didn’t help because it the same old wait every morning.
Additionally, for those reading this thinking «why don’t you just go into the store» … Well trust me, I’ve tried that too, but the inside the store takes just as long! I don’t understand. There was even a time that the drive-​thru line was long so I went inside only to find that walking into the store took longer than if I were to just go to drive thru.
There are some good days with this location which is why I’m giving them 2 stars.
I just wish things would change regarding their drive-​thru ordering and getting drinks on time.

After avoiding Starbucks for a few years because of the inconsistent and less than polite service in the Ewa area, I took a chance and visited the new drive through near Safeway.
It’s crowded! The line is frequently around the building several times a day… But the crew works fast, and gets the orders filled in a reasonable time.
The crew is polite, enthusiastic, and they get my order right!
I usually order simple drinks, but got hooked on the Latte Machiatto. It’s pricey. But it’s so good. The barristias at this store all make it correctly.
Kapolei once gave me what amounted to a $ 5 cup of coffee with crème. Learn how to make the drinks, please.
This Ewa store has ALWAYS gotten my drinks right, and done it in a timely manner.
Earned my business back.

Very disappointed with this Starbucks location! If I could rate it no stars I would! First of all, I always come here and when I do it takes me about 15 – 20 min in the drive thru every time! Today, it took me literally 30 min to get to the cashier. Then another 5 – 7 min to get my drink once at the cashier. I finally get my drink and as I drive away I see something black crawling in my drink!!! Seriously Starbucks! I didn’t ask for protein in my drink. I found two bugs in my drink! I decided to call them because I wasn’t going to sit in that line again. The manager told me sorry, like really I literally sat there for a very long time and all u have to say is sorry! I let him know how I felt about the wait as well and He said they were busy today, but really they are slow all the time. I guess they always must be busy! I won’t be coming to this location ever again. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way. I think Starbucks needs to come up with another technique on drive thru customers and in store customers. Looks like they were all over the place today. And honestly they need to clean their area, if I had two bugs in my drink can you imagine what’s inside the store?

I never have a problem at Starbucks.
They’re all consistently clean and the workers are friendly.

This starbucks is my favorite location. Employees are very welcoming, and every time I pop in they greet me by my name. Tbh this is thee best starbucks. Their drive thru is always long but moves quite fast pending on the time of day.
Their ice coffee is always on point never a disappointment

Nothing special at this location. The drive through cashier isn’t to friendly. From ordering through the intercom to the actual meeting her at the window. My order was wrong. I ordered 2 banana bread and received one. I ordered 2 Trenta black tea no classic with 7 honey. No honey in the tea. I’m a gold customer and this is the first that I received bad service. Not going back to this location again. I’ll stick to Kapolei where the people are fabulous. The Starbucks by Home Depot is the best.

Got our Starbucks fix this morning. This location has a drive-​through located in the Sam area as Safeway in Ewa beach. Drive-​through can be a bit crowded during morning rush. Tip if you see a long drive-​through line it’s faster if you go inside to order.

Always coming here early in the morning with my niece to get our Starbucks fix. Awesome customer service & drinks comes quick. Sometimes their busy when we go but it’s worth waiting. Recommend!!! Thank you to the employees for working hard to make our drinks!

Best experience at this location when Dustin took my order. My friends and I were being hella indecisive but he was patient and recommended a few refreshers. I got Peach Green tea w/​orange mango, light, not too sweet and delish! I don’t have a fave barista but I think I just found mine. Lol PS he’s a cutie too *hearts eyes*

After a good start with the mobile order concept, they gave definitely started to slip. At least half the time recently there is a problem. ‘Printer didn’t work’, missing items that have to be started over, or just plain not made.
Many times just quicker to walk in or drive through.

What a super friendly crew! Along with Thai walls being added to my berry refreshers is great! Who knew a simple syrup makes such a change in a simple drink that is given on the mainland. I love the iced Carmel brûlée and peppermint mochas for the holidays as well. But the best is the strawberry refreshers with a coconut pump and Thai walls to be the best! But only in Hawaii!

So Unilocal keeps track of how many times I’ve checked in here (apparently 9 times already in the past three years but if truth be told, the count is higher) and asks, «what keeps me coming back?»
1) It’s got a drive thru.
Yes, I’m a slug when it comes to waiting in line for that crack that they serve. I’ve been secretly boycotting Starbucks because despite drive thru taking priority (from what I’ve read) to the people inside, the wait is crazy long and to top it off, yesterday I was shortchanged!
I’ve given up on their coffee with their sometimes burnt, stale or weak flavored java. The only thing consistent with their coffee is their INCONSISTENCY. I’ve asked for light ice, no sweetener on the green tea but always comes back with a heavy handed scoop of ice with sweetener (at this point if I could insert an emoji with my hands up I would). Go figure! I give up.
So what keeps me coming back?
2) It’s so close to where I live.
So is it worth it for me to keep going back and leaving angry and disappointed? Probably not. So I’ve resorted to making my own coffee or going to McDonalds (yes!) for their house coffee. There are times when I make a stop here to pick up a pastry to go but only when I see that there isn’t a line wrapped around the building. But even at that I find that their pastries are always sold out or their sandwiches unavailable. So again… I give up and the boycott continues.

Eh. Starbucks… in drive thru, someone paid for my order ahead of me. So they asked if I wanted to pay for the car behind me. Sure. Their total 14.97 my total 4.95 damnit. I won’t be doing that again. they should have asked me to put my total towards the next cars. Whatever.
Then when I went in a few days later, line out the door. Can I just not buy Starbucks anymore?

In drive thru once, they gave my order to someone else. So I waited longer.
I’ve also had my order gotten completely wrong. I never want nasty dairy whip cream on anything. Yet, they want to put it on everything.

This Laulani location has been out of their Cold Brew coffee for around two weeks now. Hoping I would be pleasantly surprised with its availability today, I was even more disappointed when I was told they were out of their Iced Coffee as well! I was further informed they are also out of most of the ingredients to make their advertised Frappuccinos. They say it’s due to shipping problems but I’ve noticed another location hasn’t had a problem with their stock. When I asked why that is, they said they plan ahead and order their necessary ingredients and items carefully, so they can fulfill everyone’s order.
I understand there will be occasional problems bringing items to Hawaii but when customers can’t get what they’re expecting for weeks… I would think that’s not in the best interest for the business nor the consumers. Laulani Starbucks, I hope you can remedy this situation quickly!

I visit this Starbucks when in Ewa… it’s always packed the drive-​thru is normally wrapped around the building and into the parking lot.
PRO’s: Even though they are busy they seem to keep the customers moving and drinks served. Haven’t had a bad drink yet!
CON’s: Parking lot is congested, so I normally park further away and walk over so I don’t have to try to compete with the drive-​thru traffic blocking me from pulling in or backing out of a spot.

Met my new intern here for a short meeting and not going to lie, I was terrified after I read the reviews. Would they yell at me? Would they throw poo at me? Or worse yet, would I have to wait in a ridiculous line to only find out they they’ve ruined my drink? Much like a blind date you’ve been set up on, you want to believe in true love but deep down inside you’re just hoping they’re not a charming serial killer or your cousin.
Well I’m happy to report that the most horrifying thing that happened during my visit was that they didn’t ask for my name to write on my cup (Starbucks sacrilege) and my Oprah chai tea latte was kind of weak sauce in the flavor department. Other than that, it’s your standard Starbucks with crumbs on the tables and people pretending to write their groundbreaking novel while actually just wasting their lives away on social media. What I do like about this location is the ample parking because it’s located in a mega shopping center out in the boonies of Ewa Beach. Happy web surfing!

Some of the crew here is awesome! Very good. And I come a lot… Sometimes everyday of the week. Some workers just don’t show love, like the one in Kapolei. But I love the atmosphere here. Awesome. Coffee is perfect as always. What else can is say? It’s Starbucks!
