Pretty Nails

Came in for a pedicure and full set (didn’t get the full set, as you read on you’ll see why) as soon as I set in the seat and put my feet in the bowl I slipped and cracked my toe nail in half. I quickly removed my foot from the bowl and to see how bad it was. Although it cracked in half its not terribly bad but you can see blood. The person kept trying to touch it after I told him no multiple times. I had to ask for a bandage more than once. Finally I placed a bandage on my toe and he had the nerve to ask me to place it back in the water. Why would I do that? My advice would be to make sure the bowls are not slippery to avoid accidents. The pedicure itself was fine. That’s why I’m not giving it lower stars. Unfortunately I will not return.

It’s a matter of preference. I would never go to this salon again. The owner/​mgr did my fill in. HORRIBLE job ! She made 2 phone calls while doing my nails yelling into the phone it was very disturbing. My nails were crooked and lumpy and I made her aware… her response was no no is fine see. I will not go back ever. Most times you get only 1 opportunity so you need to listen to your customer and give me your best so I’ll want to come back.

Horrible!!! I asked the lady for the coffin shaped nails even showed her a picture she swore she could do it when she finished some nails were fatter than others then they didn’t look nothing like the picture not even close. I’ll never go to this place again. Biggest mistake ever!!!

I have been with Pretty Nails for the last 3 owners, so that’s at least 5 years. The staff is great. They do awesome eyebrows, not to mention manicures and pedicures.

This place is horrible!!! I have been a couple of times mostly for a eyebrow wax. Once while there a lady was in the middle of getting her nails done and the man took a cell phone call and said he had to leave due to an emergency. He told the lady he would be back in 10 minutes. I went for a pedicure once and it was decent but the guy played a lot and told me he was out too late and had a hangover. He kept pretending that he was falling asleep but no big deal.
I was off this morning so I decided to go for a pedicure. They open at 9:00 a.m. I got there at 9:04 and it was NOT open. I waited for 5 minutes but no one still came so I left. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

i have been coming to the salon for the past six month or so and never have a problem. i like to get the seashell acrylics and not many places carry this acrylic and if they do it is sky high. here it is at a reasonable price and they always look great. my service is quick and i am out the door… i thank you pretty nail for the job you do.

I visited on a Saturday morning at around 10:30 AM. There were maybe 3 nail techs working, all men. I needed a gel fill-​in with a french tip. I believe I was given a «trainee” – although he was nice, he had no idea what he was doing and I had to keep asking him to straighten out the tips of my nails and he kept having to re-​do the gel. After an hour, he had someone else paint them because he couldn’t. They charged me $ 30 for this sub par service, which is twice as much as they charged me last time. When I argued about the price, I was told they went up. I won’t visit again
