I have never had to wait when coming here. I am always quickly services and the nail technicians are always pleasant to talk to. It took less than an hour for no chip pedicure and manicure.

John the manager/owner treated me just how they treat the women in their country, like a second class citizen today. He is like a rabid animal in his speech towards women. If you have a problem and go to him he will yell at you across the room to shame or humiliate you. They use inferior products on your nails. I had a full set of pink and white gel overlays done over my natural nails on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. I have been back there five times including today for them to fix my nails. Ken, the twenty-six year old, Asian technician, does not know how to do nails and uses inferior pink and white gel. The pink gel has turned yellow and us lifting up around the cuticle area already and it is not even a week today. John also spoke about me negatively to his employees right in front of me in his native languauge. Hmmm, John and you wonder how I know this??? They are not clean either. They have poor sanitary practices. I DEFINITELY do not recommend this place to care for your nails and feet.

Very horrible customer service! The nail technician who did my nails was very careless and sloppy. Parts of my nail were missing color and I had polish all over my skin. I noticed I had a tiny hang nail and I asked him if he could please cut it for me. He responded with«did you want a manicure.» Needless to say, I will not be back again!

I agree with other Unilocalers that Jenny or Linda is the best when it comes to an eyebrow arch. Got a pedicure for the first time and Michael did a nice job. Just a little nervous about the sterilization of the tools and towels. Was a little dusty back there.

Love the place. Ask for Jenny or Linda for brows and a number of them for nails. I go bi-weekly and have no complaints. Sandy(no gel or acrylic), Kevin, Tom, Justin, Don Won, and Toni are all my favorites. The price is right and the amount of wait time is typically short unless you go during peak hours.

This is the worst service I’ve ever had in a nail salon! All the employees were yelling to each other in their language across the salon(came out of there with a headache) my nails look horrible! I was cut with twice with the machine they use to shave down your nails! My nails are bumpy not smooth at all and not evenly filed! I will never go back to this nail salon!

I had the worst experience last Saturday at this nail salon. The service was horrible. I wanted a manicure. The technician(if you can call him that) was rude, impatient, disrespectful and ignorant. I asked him not to clip my cuticles. The nail clipper and other appliance were dirty. Visibly soiled. This is a serious health concern and raises the potential for the spread of infections. The technician rushed me and handled my hand roughly. I immediately informed him of his inappropriate behavior he raised his voice and said something in his native dialect and did not offer any apologies. Then he went to service another customer and continued to speak in his native dialect and refer to the manicure. I complained to the manager on site and he wasn’t too much better, not reassuring and laughing as I complained. Finally a young lady(eyebrow technician) assured me that she would talk to the employee. It is a shame that merchants hire people to provide services in a community and the staff are disrespectful and unprofessional to the patrons while using unsanitary equipment. Before you risk your health and run the risk of being disrespected just take a look around at the work stations, equipment and the frequency of hand washing. The employees don’t even show the patrons respect by speaking English and playing American music. The Owner of this establishment has a lot to learn about customer service and insisting on employee accountability. On second thought maybe the owner is aware but doesn’t care. The residents of the southwest side of Chicago deserve better. They should demand better.

I went by this nail shop today and i must say it was a pleasant experience. It was a nice facility and it was well staffed. There was a section in the front dedicated for lashes and eyebrows. It was very busy but the service moved very fast. I got a pedicure and manicure and was in and out in about an hour-ten minutes. Nice décor, and the gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant. I will make this my go to spot.
