I have been a resident here for the last year and a half and have been a very happy resident! Every time I have an issue, it is always handled quickly by maintenance and/​or the leasing office. Every time the gates stay open for any reason, they are fixed quickly and there is a towing company that you can call if someone is parked in your space, but I have never had an issue with someone using my space. The rooms are spacious and my bathroom is huge! It is wonderful to have a full size washer and dryer right inside my apartment! The only complaint I would have is because of other residents and you can never control the people around you unfortunately!

Not a secure place, gates stay open. Druggy residents that act like beggars right across the street and poor service over hours from management. To wrap it all up if someone parks on your parking space all you can do is wait for the next day.
