If I could rate this business zero stars, I would. In fairness, I do not know whether or not it is this location. I called an 800 number and a truck was dispatched. I was listing my home and decided to use this firm to clean our carpets. I opted to deodorize as well since we had a cat and I wanted everything to smell fresh and clean. The end result was that the carpet in the master had such a strong odor coming from it that we had our agent pull it form the MLS. Not only did the agent notice the odor but 3 potential buyers did as well. Using Sears not only cost me the $ 286 service fee but I had to purchase $ 2,000 in new carpeting before I could put my property back on the market. I did not contact Sears to resolve the problem. I didn’t have time for them to come out and try to make things right. This was an absolute disaster.

My husband got online last week to schedule carpet cleaning for this week. He accessed a web form to schedule it and then received a call. He was told they were calling to schedule his appointment for 2 weeks out, he explained that he filled out the form and received a confirmation. He was told nothing was available, then they found an appointment for this Wednesday. Well, they called today and let him know something happened and that they would not have anybody in the area until the 29th. How nice of them to let us know the night before the appointment. (Heavy sarcasm) I just looked them up, apparently Sears contracts this out and the vendor is either incompetent or too slammed. We are not happy and will not be calling or recommending them to anybody we know.
