«No show no call» for our first appointment so we call them, they reschedule for following week and again «no show no call». Refund from Amazon done. I was a restaurant manager and «no show no call» meant… fired, no future reference, etc.

This sweet couple finished filthy stairs, a hallway and a heavily pet stained room in an hour! Looks absolutely incredible. They took care to condition the carpet and treat the very soiled areas. Their rates were amazing and they added a military discount. I will definitely be using them again in the near future. Their rates were so good– I can’t not use them again! The carpet looks better than the day we moved in. Along with the stains went the pet urine odor. We have a very very light carpet so I was really nervous these stains were set — but to philip and Tracey– not a problem. Thanks so much!

I would highly recommend Puget Sound Cleaning for your home cleaning services. They pride themselves on great customer service and efficiency. They left my 8 year old carpets looking like the first day I walked on them. To make sure this was not a fluke, I asked the company for another cleaning, and once again I was left satisfied.
