Very good. I like customer service and I like how this location has a drive thru. The food is always hot and fresh

HORRIBLE! This Panda Express is sad. Came through drive thru and the wait was ridiculous and then I had to repeat my order about 3 times! Not to mention I ordered the Beijing beef only got two small pieces of beef and it was cold and gross.

I will start off by saying; I get it, it’s Panda Express. Not some fancy(or regular) Chinese restaurant, so I am keeping in mind that this is mall food and have mall food standards. Most people have been to Panda Express so I won’t talk about the kinds of food, just freshness. And I have to say of many Panda Express’ I’ve been to this one does do well(usually) with freshness and portions. The staff is almost always very friendly and make the lines go quick. The issue for early people(such as myself as we start work at 4−5am so lunch is 10−11am) they have an «opening time» of 10:30am, generally the doors open at 10:32 or so which even on a time crunch of lunch break is okay. The issue is the food is rarely ready when they open the doors, so you come in a few minutes after opening to see that 50−70% of the dishes are not ready, and not off the wall ones either, things like Chow Mein, Chicken Breast etc. Overall it’s good for its food and people(for being a mall food style restaurant) — just the early morning folk get a little unlucky most mornings.

Everyone was so rude and looks very unhappy, but I love panda. The girls didn’t really listen to what we were saying or asking them &replied to us rudely.

Every two years I would give Panda Express a chance, and I will be upset why I went there. The quality is okay, but the food really tastes bad across all Panda Express in general. Its, not really chinese/asian food but meats and shrimp heavily batter in cheap dough and smothered in sugar(or corn) syrup and soy sauce. It was hard for me to distinguish between chicken and shrimp due to the heavy batter. Look around, most likely you will find a local place that will have cheaper and better asian food.

The only good thing I have to say about this Panda Express is one of my favorite girls who works here. She is a younger asian girl and she’s always so sweet and she’s so nice to me and my pit bull when we come through the drive-thru and always gives me extra fortune cookies to give to my dog. Thats about as far as my good experience goes. I come to this Panda Express regularly, Id say about twice a week. Ive been here probably 15 – 20 times so I know this isn’t just a one time mess up. Every time I go here, they are out of something. It doesn’t matter what time it is but it frustrates me to no end. Not just like they are out of it and have to remake it — but like completely out of product and can’t make it at all. WTF? Not only that but if you get there an hour before close you can guarantee they will be completely out of all of the delicious items –Honey Walnut Shrimp, Beef n broccoli, and Orange Chicken. When they do have honey walnut shrimp it is always VERY inconsistent. Sometimes its delicious and crispy and most of the time it is soggy and not good at all. Its so inconsistent that I actually have to go inside to look at it and see if its worth buying and paying extra for. I just went there tonight after a long day of work and once again — they are out of my favorite Honey Walnut Shrimp. Not only that but they ALWAYS mess something up when I order. Either they forget my drink or give me the wrong food. I officially give up on this location. Every other Panda I go too is amazing quality and never soggy so Im just giving up on this location at this point. The one in Mill Creek and the one in the Everett Mall have much better quality.

Having only been to the Panda Express in Puyallup, I wasn’t sure what to expect — I’ve been very impressed with everything at the one in Puyallup and was curious if it was just that location that was good or if it was the brand. We came here when my mom and nephew were visiting from Michigan and we had just gotten done with a Boeing factory tour. We were NOT disappointed! The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the food was over AMAZING! :) One of the things I like most about Panda is not only is it great food, but it’s SOOOOO economical! This location was no different. It definitely helped renew my respect of the Panda brand!

For my first time trying Panda Express, I tried their promotional online ordering system so my food would be ready to go when I got there. I received my confirmation and left work. I got there at the time on my order, and stood at the«online-order pickup» area. I had pre-paid, so I should be able to get it and go, right? Nope. I waited until someone noticed me standing there, then I told him I was there to pick up. My food was not prepared, and they were out of one of the two items I ordered. 10 minutes later, I had my food and my substitution. Good concept, the food is what you would expect from an American Chinese food place. Poor execution, and I will not be going back again. Terrible first impression.

Yesterday I decided to stop by here because I was running late on time. I ordered chow mein, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp to go. Well while the shrimp and chicken was decent, the chow mein on the other hand, it tasted like someone burned it. Seem to me like someone either not paying attention to the cooking or there wasn’t enough oil in the wok. Anyways I will return back, but I won’t order the chow mein again.

If you’ve eaten at one you’ve eaten at them all you might say. Well, I would give this local franchise a little more credit. They must have some special sauce because their food just tastes better than most others I’ve been at. No 5 star restaurant, but it’s hot, good and quick.

The hubby and i needed to find lunch and this seemed to be a place we could both agree on. We both ate the chow mein, walnut shrimp and orange chicken. Food was hot and fresh but the staff was meh. And tables were messy. Over all 4 stars. Were satisfied.

We love Panda Express! and trust me we are picky. Go there almost once a week lately. Consistently great food at great prices. And I absolutely love their veggies, they are crisp and fresh. Do not bother going to PF Changs(which is nasty). Guess that’s my next review. Thank you Panda for bringing fast, quality, great tasting food at a reasonable price to our neighborhood.

We were very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. Sad to say, this very crowded venue services rice with precious little eggs and you have to ask for soy sauce which they hide behind the counter, WTH? The orange chicken is 40 percent bread stuffing, and way too little chicken. I guess you get what you pay for as the food is dirt cheap.

First things first: despite what the logo will tell you, this is far from«Gourmet Chinese» cuisine – I would describe it as Chinese-inspired American cuisine(of the fast food variety, no less). I went in with that expectation, and was not all that disappointed. The motive for my visit was a craving for Honey Walnut Shrimp, which I had only had once(at a different Panda location) since moving from the Midwest, and that part of my meal was just as delicious as I thought it would be. The rest of my plate was the Mushroom Chicken and the fried rice; both seemed a bit lackluster, but mixing them together and adding soy sauce and mustard seemed to help matters. I also ordered a side of rangoons with sweet-and-sour sauce, which were both among the worst I had ever had – the frozen crab rangoons and the bottled sweet-and-sour from Safeway are actually much better. UPDATE: I made another stop a few weeks later for more Honey Walnut Shrimp. This time, I also had the Sweetfire Chicken, which was actually quite good with just the right amount of heat for me, and some hot-and-sour soup which was decidedly neither – the flavor was actually more like a canned brown gravy, which I would count as a fail. On a positive note, I will say that the food was significantly better than the average grocery-store-deli chinese food, without being significantly more expensive. But I do have to admit that the third star is probably only due to my unhealthy addiction to candied shellfish – if you don’t share that vice, you’d probably be happier at most any teriyaki joint in town.

I really like Panda Express. This location is by my work so the first time I tried it some of the food was burnt. I figured because they were busy it was a mishap. I went in again and the food was burnt… again…sorry guys-I won’t be eating here any more!

Late night Asian food. 11pm, while the others are asleep. Food was hot and plentiful all be it a typical chain store dining experiance. Pretty cool help too!
