Beauticians friendly but service very s l o w. When we arrived-3:45. Told would be 30 minutes. Didn’t get seated untl 4:50. First and last time. My time counts for something!

I visit this little strip mall across from Wal-​Mart often. My pedicure place and my phở place is here (see reviews) and when a busy Sunday afternoon did not include a trip to Totem Lake for a simple haircut, I went in. The virtual revolving door of stylists offered yet another new face and the owner was no where in sight. Both good signs.
What she lacked in English skills she made up for in hair-​cutting skill. The communication was a bit awkward and the greeting at the door was her yelling at me from the back room, «FIVE MINUTES!» but the outcome was really very good. I’d even go back for a haircut — if she’s still there.
