I went in today to get a fill with shelac polish, and an hour after leaving I noticed my nails had air bubbles — I figured they would evaporate as time went on. After 5 hours, and washing my hands, and drying them off here is what happened to several nails! Never going here again, the reason I get shelac vs regular polish is so I dont have to worry about my polish smudging after leaving. Biggest waste of $ 35.

This is the only nail place im comfortable coming to… super friendly, they greet you right. Kim is so good at doing nails i always let her do what ever she wants with my nails and im never disappointed. Highly recommend this nail salon.

I’m not going back. It’s still clean but the very pushy sales woman is still there and i can’t avoid her. she was really pissed because she couldn’t talk me into more fancy things. i found another place just about 2 miles away and i need to remember to go there instead.

Kim is so so friendly and recognizes me since I come every few weeks. As for why I come, I haven’t really found a place that I like more. Her work is fine, but I’m still searching for somewhere that can do better.

Went there for the first time Today I was pretty impressed on how well they do their job. I’m A nail person myself and have very high expectations and it takes A LOT to impress me. The salon is clean and the customer service is very good. If you like your cuticles cleaned and cut then this is the place. I’m so tired of places where they just wet your feet and polish your nails in a messy way that this was a good surprised. I definitely will be going back.

I’d been seeing the co-owner Kim for a couple years until services turned bad… My nails would start lifting a WEEK after a fill and turn yellow. A simple acrylic fill would take almost an hour and a half from the time I got there until my nails were under the UV light drying!!! I dont have that kind of time with young children at home and working full-time. I’ve had Kim wax my eyebrows a few times but there were always stray hairs left behind and they were lopsided. Her 4yo son is always in there. Linda, the nail tech next to her is always on her laptop or on her phone. I grew tired of them constantly talking to each other in Vietnamese and ignoring customers. Was always charged a diff price — never asked if I wanted a gel coat on top of my acrylics, but that was another $ 10. So a fill, gel coat, and tip was $ 35EACHTIME when a fill is only $ 15! I had Diane the owner and Kims sister do my nails twice and they were horrible both times! All my nails were at an angle instead of straight across. Took my BFF in for a pedicure and she watched the tech finish the previous customer then seat her and go to use the same utensils on her and then got annoyed when she said I just watched you use those on the customer before me and know those arent sanitized, can you find some clean utensils??? I’ll never go back to Oasis.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean although the décor was rather dated. Customer service and quality are priorities for me so I have to give them 4 stars. I will be back.

These friendly folks all seem to truly want — and appreciate — your business. My mother and I come here and if I’m there without her, it’s «Where’s your mom?» Right next to my favorite Vietnamese place(Kim’s) it’s handy and they do a good job too. Extra touches like hot towels, that scrubby stuff that they put on your legs and a short calves massage(oh I wish it lasted longer!) have elevated them to «the only place I go to get a pedicure»! I can’t speak to the manicure or fake nails — I never get either one — but they’re crowded on a Saturday morning so they must be doing something right! Helpful hint: bring cash for the tip. It’s preferred.
