Went on a Saturday night with a couple friends. My friend knew some people and had some sort of free pass for a VIP area and some drinks so that was definitely a plus. It was nice to be in our own little area with a big leather couch and coffee table to put our drinks on. Our waitress was fun, energetic and attentive. We got a cherry bomb(I think?) fish bowl, supposedly one of their more popular fish bowls. It was pretty much a pitcher of kool-aid with pretty much no alcohol. but kind of to be expected?.. I mean I really did not taste any alcohol though, not even a little. However, they had some pretty decent shots. I had several«Jackie Chan» shots, which I’d never had before. They were pretty good. Also very kool-aidy but it kind of fits the tone and theme of this bar. I also had a lemon drop shot. which was pretty good. They played songs like, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Like A Virgin,

I invited 40 guests there one night and rented a private VIP area near the stage. I picked up the entire bill for my guests. One of my guests was leaving the bathroom when the security guard at the bathroom door pulled the door over her foot and ripped her toe nail off. The only thing Boogie Nights was interested in was having her sign a liability release form. At the same time I am at the front door calling the Limo on the phone when a bouncer starts screaming at me because I was allowing cold air into the entranceway while on the phone. Next thing I knew he had me in a choke hold(I’m still on the phone) and dragging me outside. He called the off duty police and said it was all my fault. Lol. Even the waitresses disagreed with him. The Police did nothing. I’m sure Tri-State Orthopedics thanks your security for the business. Not an enjoyable evening!

This is a very cool place! The standard cover to get in is 5 dollars. But they often have theme nights that allow free cover before 11 pm. The music played is a lot of old songs that you have not heard in a long time but still love(even if you did not admit it when they first came out). The staff are energetic with outgoing personalities. The other patrons are just there for a good time themselves. A lot of couples, not just folks looking to hook up. Drink prices are right around the same as other night clubs. Entertainment is mostly provided by impersonators. Of which are pretty amazing. Lately, there are tribute bands being brought in. This should appeal to the rocker crowd like myself. The building this is in has not had a good track record for longevity. The last two clubs only lasted around two years each. Hopefully, this one will last much longer. As exciting as it is and appears to keep being, I see no reason why it can’t.
