NS Apartments is a great company to work with! They helped me find an apartment with ease and I used them to sublet my place as well. They took the stress and headache out of the care of the paperwork.
I highly recommend them will definitely use them again!

The review is for 1600 Hinman property. We looked at couple of their apartments and the definitely the most convenient property was 1600 Hinman. It’s located right in downtown with easy access to everything. They do a great job maintaining the front of the property but the backstairs are disgusting. I really wish they could put some effort to cleaning that as well. Rent is reasonable for the area but the moving has to be done without an elevator. If you can get through that then you should be okay.
This is definitely not Park Evanston or even Evanston place. But it’s good property for cost in a convenient location
