This location (2020 Greenwood) is run by a different company now, Extra Space Storage. I’ve had a great experience with them so far. Denise was very friendly and helpful, and the place feels clean and safe. I would recommend this to anyone.
Not sure if the old Unilocal reviews will stay since the name/​management have changed, but if you’re looking for storage in this area, this is a good bet.

Amazing service. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. It may be because they’ve only been open for a month at this point but they all knew me by name, always said hi as I was loading up my unit. Plus a great deal with the free use of a moving truck. Facility is brand new, very clean.

We just moved here from VA. We downsized but not nearly enough. We stumbled upon Chicago Northside Storage and are very glad we did! Diane was wonderful. She got us squared away with a space quickly. She’s so sweet and friendly, I feel like I’ve known her for years! We met Pam the day we moved our stuff in. She is just as sweet and friendly. The space is definitely clean and we have easy access to our things. I would definitely recommend them over the other facilities in the area.
