I can’t give this place more stars! Their burgers are juicy and fresh; they have lots of toppings so you can have your burger however you like it. Their fries are great and they give so many of them even when you order a regular size. The Cajun fries aren’t bad but I think their original is the best. They recently started their milkshakes– had a chocolate and coffee one. Hands down best milkshake I’ve ever had! Tasted so fresh! I love this place and have been coming for years so they only con (not worth losing a star though) is the steady increase in their prices. Over 20 bucks when you get 2 burgers, fries to share, and a milkshake to share. Last but not least, they must have a great training/​hiring program because no matter what location you go to– their staff is beyond friendly and kind! Love this place and so happy it opened so close to my home!

Overpriced. No combos. everything ordered a la cart. Too expensive when you got a ton of burger places around. This is not gourmet. They serve it to you in a big bad. Fries were everywhere. TRAYS? Apparently they don’t exist. Yes, you can get all the toppings you want on your burger for no extra charge but not worth it. Food was good, service was fine. Price was steep. They do have one of those fancy drink machines where it has 100 flavors. And there are peanuts to snack on. I say they should skip the peanuts and lower the price of burgers. As another reviewer stated, the place is small and seating is very tight.

I personally like the free peanuts as snacks.

I didn’t dislike the food, but they are expensive for what you get. I can name several other places with equally good if not better burgers for a more reasonable price. We had two of the small cheeseburgers, one large order of fries, and two small drinks…$ 24! The seating is not comfy, but practical I suppose… probably helps in turning the tables more quickly.

I would give no stars, got order wrong, cheese cold, then they redid. And meat and cheese cold. Will not go back until they figure it out if that, very disappointed

Friendly staff at the register. Plenty of staff on duty tending to cleanliness as well as cooking! Especially for 8:30pm. Great shake recommendation (Double Oreo Stuff)! Delicious burgers and Cajun fries! Most importantly, No order mistakes!

This will be the first and last time i will be setting foot in any five guys. Even though the food is fresh and made to order, the price is quite steep for me. Combo meals are non existent here, you have to order everything separately, that’s where it adds up.
Very minimal seating, which is not good if you don’t like being close to people. Lastly I don’t like my food served to me in a greasy brown paper bag, wheres the trays??? I didn’t ask for my order to go, for the prices they charge for their burgers you would think that trays would be at least an option.
