Pretty disappointed. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries. Twenty minutes later, got our food and left. Got home and realized they only gave us two burgers and our fries. I tried to call four times and no answer. We won’t be back.

After some good reviews I decided to go to Little Big Burger with my wife and the first thing we noticed is that any parking near is metered, but you can dare to park in nearby businesses that have signs plastered everywhere stating restricted parking. This place is hyped up with a bit of new age hipster vibe, but lacks substance behind the hype. The sandwich is tiny… I rather pay a tad bit more and get a bigger burger, because one just doesn’t hit the spot if you are going in hungry. However, the truffle fries were good and their house brand ketchup had a good kick. We had the veggie burger and it was fried… kind of made the outside to crunchy and felt more like a falafel than a burger. I can’t judge this place based on it’s exclusive beef burgers, because I can’t eat the beef, but based on the veggie burger, I have had better else where.

I had a cheeseburger with fries and a soda. It was delicious and filled me up. The burgers are cooked medium. All the ingredients were fresh. The employees were kind. The restaurant was very clean. Don’t forget the fry sauce!

The cheese burgers are small, they almost qualify for«Sliders». But the Cheeseburgers are very flavorful. The Truffle fries are no joke! The flavor the Truffle oil adds to the lightly crisp potato skins are habit forming.

Yum! Little Big Burger was a delicious quick meal before heading out and about downtown. Their burgers are high quality with good cheese options like goat cheese but just a heads up to giant burger lovers… they are smaller than your average burger. For me it was perfect! I absolutely love that they only have truffle fries, why have anything else? Yummy homemade ketchup and Not Your Dad’s Rootbeer completed a great burger meal. I’ll be back.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon. It was not very busy, but it still took 20 minutes to get our order. My wife got her hamburger which was undercooked in the middle. I made the mistake of ordering a veggie burger. They deep fried it and served it with ketchup on it. It was utterly inedible. The truffle fries were not bad, however. The truffle oil added a distinct flavor, but the actual fries themselves were the typical fast-food frozen fare. Overall, this place was a disaster in my opinion. With so many excellent places in town that serve fresh, tasty burgers, I sure won’t go back here.

I’m not sure what the big deal is with this place, or why it’s been or is being voted the best burger in Eugene? Really? There was nothing big about the tiny burger I got, and they didn’t even have tomatoes? I’m sorry but I have never been somewhere where they don’t have tomatoes as an option on a burger? The shredded iceburg lettuce was wilted and funky tasting and the bun didn’t taste very fresh, though I have definitely had worse buns. The truffle fries were good but waaay too salty and the tiny little white wrapper wasn’t even filled to the top for 2.75. So for 7 dollars I got a tiny burger and tiny fries and I’m still really hungry. People say ‘order 2′ but if I was going to pay 11.25 for 2 little cheese burgers with a tiny frys I would rather have a real burger with tomato and real healthy lettuce somewhere better and the option to have mayo. Oh well, at least I tried it but won’t be back

The burgers are great, don’t get me wrong. Just know that they are small and this place is named«Little Big Burger» for a reason. It could probably be called«Extra Large Sliders» as well. Order at least two or some fries if you’re hungry. I made the mistake of ordering one and left still pretty hungry. Won’t make that mistake next time.

First off, the service was horrible, the man talking my order was extremely rude to not only me but a couple other people in the restaurant. ALSOTHISISNOTFASTFOOD!!! Took me exactly 31 mins to get my one cheese burger. At one point not one person had food at their table. Food quality was average at best, won’t be coming back –still hungry

Hands down, my favorite burger joints in Eugene. Though it may look small, this ¼ lb. burger is packed with pure happiness. Coming straight out of the kitchen, you can taste how good the beef is and how fresh the vegetables are. Everything put into this burger, the lettuce, onions, pickles and the catsup sauce was well thought about. The veggies, hamburger, and the brioche buns complement each other with every bite. This will be one of the juiciest and«cutest» burgers you will ever eat. Adding to the hype, their truffle fries are DELICIOUS. Though I wish it had just a little more truffle oil, these bad boys are the reason why I crave Little Big Burger. I see a few people complaining about spending $ 4 on a small burger, but $ 6.75 for a burger and fries isn’t that bad for me. Even though the burger looks small, after you finish eating, you’re left at the perfect state of satisfaction. Not too full, but not hungry either. I would still choose a Little Big Burger over a Big Mac any day.

Since having food poisoning here i have been back. Now i always ask for my burger to be well done and no more issues. Great fry sauce. I have taken my family here many times and enjoyed the burgers very much. I lovED their burgers. Today, not so much. See, I was there about 7 or 8 hours ago and I am now puking my guts out. I thought that hamburger looked a little raw. OMG. I have hot and cold sweats and the worst vomiting of my life. I hope this ends soon. I went on here to see if other people had similar experiences. It has been years since I have had food poisoning. OMG. IT. IS. SO. BAD. Nobody else in my family is sick yet…

While the burgers are small, they’re thick! All of the flavor comes from the ketchup they use(I may have to go find a bottle or just try adding some cayenne to the stuff I have at home). I also loved the fact that they were dripping in grease. Ever good burger should have grease and fat pouring out of the bottom of your bun. If it doesn’t, you know you’re in for a dry, tough, meal. I don’t know what the big to-do was about their fries, they didn’t seem special, but since they acted as a way to get the ketchup into my belly I was ok with that. At least they were properly cooked which is hard to find nowadays. I’ll go again!

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday for the first time. We walked in and it wasn’t busy. No one in front of us, no one behind. It was around 1:30pm. We had never been here before so we stood back looking at the menu. The girl behind the counter was rude, impatient, unhelpful. She seemed annoyed as she took our order. We got cheeseburgers, fries, drink. Sat down and waited for our food which didn’t take too long. The first bite was crazy. I’m so mad at myself for not coming here the couple years it’s been open! I’ve been missing out! The fries were absolutely to die for… and their catsup? OHMY, died and went to heaven! For anyone who knows what spicy ketchup from Whataburger is, this is really similar! I loved the flavor and spice level. It was so good that we decided to go here again for lunch today. This time there was a guy behind the counter and he was really friendly! Way more helpful than the girl we encountered yesterday. This time since we weren’t being pressured we discovered you can add bacon to your burgers(which we most definitely did) and that they have fry sauce! The bacon was amaaaaazing! The fry sauce was probably the best I’ve ever had. So glad we found this place! Recommend it 100%!

What a tiny, tasty, and magnificent burger this establishment offers up! Over the last few months I’ve overheard my friends debating the merits of Little Big Burger’s… uh, burger — so I thought what the hell, I’ll give it a shot. The interior of the restaurant is pretty straight forward with spartan aesthetics and enough seating for say 35 people. Like many of the other newly opened burger joints in town, the food is cooked in the open a few feet behind the main counter. The menu itself has six maybe seven items to choose from. Essentially a glorified(and greasy) slider, boy did that little devil deliver. The patty was savory and sear-sizzled, with all the fixings loaded on after. Because the portions aren’t ‘Murica-sized, it hit the spot just right without leaving me feeling bloated after. The fries, made from Yukon gold potatoes and boiled in truffle oil, are truly top notch and probably some of the best I’ve had in Eugene. The shocking part was that ordering both of these delicious items together cost me less then seven dollars. That’s a steal for food of this quality! Considering the outstanding flavor and cheap cost, you’d be hard pressed to find a better(and tastier!) burger value around town. I most certainly would recommend trying this place out!

What a delightfully Oregon place. I mean, who doesn’t want a very small burger for a surprisingly high price served from a guy in a mustache with a menu that has only 3 items on it? I wish I had three hands, because on the one hand, the burger was delicious. On the other hand, I wanted a lot more and yet for a burger that was essentially a slider, I wasn’t really happy about spending more, and on the third hand. I probably would have been happy to buy a 3 pack for, say, $ 9.99 because it was really good. I also wish I had 3 hands because ladies love a man with three hands. This was a brief stop after getting gas on a 16 hour drive. It’s really hard to complain about good food that wasn’t significantly expensive, and I suppose that going into a place called«Little Big Burger» I should have and did assume the burger was little, and yet also somehow big. I think what made it ever so slightly less than a 5 star experience was that the fries were only okay. But the burger, especially the veggie burger that I consumed, was worth the trip.

I just tried this place for the first time today for their anniversary promotion(free cheeseburger!). There was a bit of a line and a fairly substantial wait but that was to be expected given the occasion. Even with how busy they were, the workers behind the counter were extremely friendly. The restaurant itself is somewhat small, no frills, with just a handful of tables. Since this was more of an afternoon snack than a meal, I just ordered a cheeseburger and soda(I will DEFINITELY be back to give their truffle fries a try, though!). The first thing you notice when you get your burger is the incredibly small size. For a $ 4+ burger, you’d expect a heftier burger. But when you take a bite, it’s like heaven. The meat was a perfect medium, nice and juicy, and was seasoned well with simple salt and pepper. It was also topped with cheddar, red onion, lettuce, pickle, and ketchup. The ingredients were all good quality, and I thought the selection of toppings was great. The bun was fluffy and slightly chewy – I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back to Little Big Burger in the future. Although it’s a little on the pricey side for the size, this was one delicious burger and is worth a splurge every once and a while. Plus, I need to give those amazing sounding truffle fries a try! When I go back to get some, I will update my review accordingly!
