By far the NICESTPEOPLE I HAVEEVERMET!!! You’re up in the mountains so don’t expect too much. But it was more than I was expecting. The price per night was super low. Booking was extremely smooth. I came up from LA with a friend for a concert. Due to the snow our two wheel drive car wouldn’t have been able to get us to the already late concert. They offered a ride as if it was nothing!!! They literally went out of the way to make sure we make the most of our stay! If I ever come back to estes park I will without doubt consider staying here! Thank you!!!

Dirty dirty dirty. Sheets were not washed. Had black dirt and a reddish stain. @ Cigarette smell came in from the vents. Good heater, kept the room warm. Carpet hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Would not recommend to anyone unless absolutely desperate. Worst motel in Estes Park. Key stopped working at 930 before check out. Continental breakfast was a joke, literally just a cheap bag of bagels.

I am only giving this a star because I have to. This place is motel hell! The mini fridge was dirty and my son and his family had dirty linen. The carpets were stained and nasty. The smell was so bad that I was wishing I had brought some Vicks or something to shove up my nose. The hindge of the drawers were falling off in my son’s room and cobwebs all over. I felt the need to sleep on top of my blanket I had brought on vacation. I’m not sure what rooms they redid but I know the ones we had were old, musty, dirty and gross. I wish I had spent a few extra $ and stayed somewhere else.

I just attended a family wedding in Grand Junction, and we stayed at this clean, convenient and super friendly hotel. The staff was superb and very accommodating. A special shout-out to Elizabeth who went above and beyond to help us out — she’s terrific! A great place to stay on the Western Slope.

We picked this place based on reviews. My husband and I had to stay in a hotel(instead of camp) last minute bc of a horrible storm. We didn’t want to pay much since it was last minute. This hotel is seriously the greatest find for a great price! The staff(Chris, the manager especially) was AWESOME! Super friendly. The room was very clean!

Came here for a business trip, stayed here because it seemed cheap and just above run-down. Rooms were clean, towels were soft. Continental breakfast was okay– cereal, bagels, boiled eggs, coffee, milk and orange juice. WIndow looked out over a shell station. I visited that shell station a couple times on my trip. Really, wasn’t looking for anything impressive, just looking for a place to sleep. Nothing really horrible about the place, except that everyone’s door slams when they go in and out of the rooms and you can hear it every time from inside your own room. Wifi only seems to work at night, it would never work in the morning.

We picked this as a last-minute overnight stay during a long road trip. I was skeptical about staying anywhere with such a cheap rate, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff we encountered were all a lot friendlier than many of the hotels we’ve been in recently. Add in the free coffee, juice, and Danishes in the morning, and I’d definitely recommend this as a great value and a good stay.

We stayed here one night on our way to Montrose from Denver. We were in room 116 as my 78 year old father doesn’t do well with stairs. There is no elevator in this hotel. Room 116 is the first room towards the right by the front desk next to the front parking lot. I was a little worried the freeway or front desk noise would keep me up. It could be that I was too tired to notice but something to be aware of for light sleepers. Room had two beds, desk and two chairs. Beds have white comforters which always seem more clean to me. Free breakfast with standard cold breakfast fare. Also can have hard boil eggs and a toaster to warm up bagels. Room where the breakfast is located is very small. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff seemed friendly enough. When you first walked into the room it had a bit of a smell but soon went away. Nothing that got me overly concerned. My biggest complaint is the lack of light in the room. There was a lamp on the night stand between the two beds and another one in the corner of the room by the table. Nothing in the closet or entry area. It was a bit dark to see in my suitcase. Not sure how they could fix it though. I would also suggest someone vacuum behind the night stand. The rest of the room was spotless but around the nightstand and behind it was really gross. If back in the area would probably stay again. It is on the high end of EcoLodge and way less than my go to Hampton in town. We stayed here for $ 68 and Hampton before taxes etc quoted me $ 130.
