Absolutely a great restaurant! Homemade«home fried» potatoes and homemade biscuits. Fantastic! !! The wait staff are very friendly. Very clean and neat. This was our first visit but it won’t be our last.

I’m actually voting 4−½ stars. My wife and I have been regular customers at another establishment, but since this place has taken on a new owner, staff and remodel, we decided to give em a try(purely because I’ve tried Pegah’s in San Marcos and they were great). Fred, the owner is a very well mannered gentleman and isn’t afraid to get in the mix when needed. Barbara and Donna are excellent gals who greet you with a smile and coffee when you sit down. The food is better than ANYTHING the previous owners used to serve. I recommend the country skillet, but everything on the menu is great!!. The only negative is that it cost’s about $ 10 more than the ‘other’ establishment for my wife and I to eat the same meals. However, the portions ARE bigger. And they’re closer to home than the other place. Plenty of parking too. Two thumbs up!!!

We’ve found ourselves dropping in to Pegah’s fairly regularly lately for breakfast. It’s so close to home so it’s easy and the food is pretty good. I’ve tried a few different things. We like the BLT(I like that they use sliced avocado versus avocado mush when you turn it into a BLAT!) although when I’ve gotten bacon as my breakfast meat it wasn’t as crispy as I prefer so I tend to order the sausage. The biscuits and gravy are pretty decent-sometimes they need a little extra salt, the french toast is good although I’d like to try the cinnamon french toast if I get a chance, can’t mess up scrambled eggs, and I am a fan of the hash browns(crispy). Wait staff is usually really good and the food is cooked and delivered quickly. Overall, I like Pegah’s. If I could I’d go 3.5 and we’ll keep going back!

We ate at Pegah’s and everything was so amazing! The biscuit, French toast, English muffin were soft enough they didn’t need a knife. The servings were huge everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious! I was hesitant because the previous restaurant was so bad. I cannot wait to come back here! The owner was nice and we had good service!
Love Pegah’s! Great 50’s diner atmosphere with quick service and delicious food. I always bring my business meetings here, and everyone loves the friendly comfortable feel.
