I took in curtain panels (4) — sheers to be pressed only. I was not told a price and when I went to pick them up yesterday the lady told me $ 12.95 (which would have been an ok price). I gave her $ 100 bill and she gave me change of $ 48 and change. They charged me $ 12.95 for each panel which is such a rip!!! They are sheers for god sake. Plus no laundry — just pressing. They ROBBED me.

FRIENDLY! Helpful, sweet, & never EVER had a problem with our dry cleaning. They even provide a large nylon bag with our custom tag (name & phone # on it) for your clothes. That is an AWESOME customer service procedure.

STAY AWAY! DISHONEST! One price going in, double the price when you pick up. Not to mention the creases they leave in your shirt due to the way they hang your shirts.

Never ever, ever, ever, ever use this business. Unless of course you love getting ripped off. I decided to use them based on a 30% off coupon. I brought in $ 75 worth of clothes and handed over the coupon. I asked her if the 30% off would be applied to the total order and she reassured me it would with a smile. I come in today to pick up the order and she didn’t honor the coupon and said it didn’t apply to the laundered shirts which cost me an overpriced $ 2.50 each. She didn’t care, and practically snatched the $ 80 out of my hand. This greedy small business owner lost a potential $ 50 a month customer over failing to honor her own coupon. All over a measly $ 30 price gouging bait & switch technique.
