Fast food on steroids. This was our first time here so not sure what to expect. Stood in line to order our food. Chicken any style grilled or crispy. Even the nuggets.
Once you order and you are dining in, you go to your table and they bring your food to you. Only small complaint and it was customers not the restaurant. Many 2 seated tables were empty and booths were filled with 2 people which made us sit in a 2 seat table for 3 people. But i digress and say they actually had fresh flowers on the table. You don’t see that everyday in some regular restaurants.
The food was fast and fresh. The chicken was moist and tender. Something you don’t get in regular restaurants. Another nice thing i saw was when someone vacated their table an employee came to clean the table while another was there to sweep the floor. All i can say is great service. Maybe these fast food workers deserve the $ 15???
Side note bathrooms also were spotless very nice and had fresh flowers.
We need this place in Buffalo, NY!

Really nice place went to splash lagoon and stopped here. A little expensive for my taste but was told it was real chicken and that was okay for my meal it was a spicy chicken sandwich with fries
Hours later after I arrived home I was still full from lunch which never happens when we go out to eat a ⁴⁄₅

Yum!!! I’m sad there is not one in Buffalo. Make sure to get a number one… their original crispy chicken sandwich. It is so good… outside is crunchy and the meat inside is so juicy and delicious. I also ordered a 6 piece crispy chicken nugget. They were smaller than I had pictured them being but totally worth it. They are kind of spicy, I really liked them. I asked for one of every sauce, so I had a variety to choose from. My favorite ones were the original chick-​fil-​A sauce and the honey mustard. I had a sip of my friend’s lemonade and it was so tasty and refreshing. The workers were super friendly and we got through the drive thru line very quickly. I’m going to have to make more spontaneous trips out to Erie, PA for some more chick-​fil-​A!

Drove down to Erie from Buffalo with the family for a day trip and we always get chick fil a as I luv their food and it was great tried the frosted coffee, they now have their dipping sauces available by the tubes so I got a couple, as always the staff was friendly and patient

Among all the fast food joint, Chick-​fil-​A serves the best chicken sandwich. I stay in buffalo and there is no Chick-​fil-​A here… but I don’t mind driving one and half hours to Erie. I can simply go any where for good food. My brother introduced me to this place and believe me I have become a fan since then. I just love visiting here.
Food: Good quality and fantastic
Price: Reasonable
Service: Great
Staff: Friendly and nice

Absolutely delicious. If your up here and hungry for chicken, make sure to take a stop here. Oh, and make sure to get some fries. Those are amazing.
I first got this food when I was staying in a hotel out of state and I was amazed. It was the best fast food I’ve ever tasted.
So, when I moved here I was so happy to find this restaurant.
This place was even better then the out of state one. Clean on the inside. But, slow service.
Pros:

The lemonade is to die for.
A simple menu that doesn’t leave you confused or indecisive about what to pick.
Cons:
Mixed up my order for two times I’ve been here.
I don’t want to support here because of a controversy surrounding hatred of a certain people.

I give this 4 stars even though theres a lot of cons because, well, it’s such a good restaurant.

The most professional experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Stopped for breakfast at 10 on a Monday. Pretty much only customers there. Our cashier brewed a fresh pot of coffee just for the 2 of us. Delish breakfast biscuit as always. Clean bathroom. Real flowers on the tables.

Very friendly drive-​through employee, Amanda, took our order. Everything was fresh an just what we ordered. Got our order quickly — CFA is consistently the fastest drive-​thru!
Love ordering a refreshing Arnold Palmer– half unsweet tea, half lemonade.

We stopped here for dinner while travelling, excellent food, awesome service and very clean restrooms!

Best fast food place ever!!! Tastes good, nicest employees, awesome atmosphere, and the cleanest bathrooms with mouthwash cocoa butter and tissues. Darlene came over to our table and made us feel very welcome we shared some laughs; she took some pictures for us in cow hats and we went back out on our way to ohio. We enjoyed this place so much we discussed making a trip out here for chick fil la day!

We love every Chick-​Fil-​A for their quality food and outstanding service. This location is the closest to where we live in Upstate NY and when we come through the area we pick up some extra sandwiches to freeze for later.
The service here is always friendly, clean and fast., Management is really on top of things and very hands-​on which is why I believe this location runs so well. Bathrooms are also super clean and love the mouthwash, which is a great touch.
I love the grilled chicken especially the salad with strawberries and blueberries. The grilled chicken sandwiches are also just as good on a wheat roll. My husband loves all the sandwiches and nuggets. The creamy honey roared BBQ sauce is great. We get the yearly calendar which comes with an excellent savings card so make sure you get your yearly calendar.
Great job you guys — come closer to Rochester, NY!

This was perhaps my biggest let down of the day and it started with me visiting my ill father in law in the hospital who isn’t doing so well!
Let’s start off with service — where it seemed obvious that those running the front were a bit new as no one seemed to know what their job was! After we finally placed our order — which took much longer than normal — we sat down at a dirty table, which I’ve never seen at other locations. The flowers on all table were pretty ragged and the place seemed a bit on the messy side!
The chicken and fries were perfect as always — the slaw was a not so good — the standard sweetness I’ve tasted at ALL other locations was missing here — same texture — same flavor — less the sweetness! Not good because I CRAVE that stuff!
Today was also free coffee — and knowing it was free we expected to wait. However, we did not expect to wait and then have to ask for it after we had completely finished our meal. In addition the creamer must have been really bad — yes it was bad and you had to be blind to not see that it was bad — two strikes here — one of the bad creamer and one for not seeing it!
Chances are I will not return, but I’m not giving up on them!

Wow I’m really impressed with this location. The staff are amazing when we ate in here this afternoon. From the time we first arrived till we left we were taken care of by different people making sure our meals and stay were just perfect. The soda was a little too sweet and they quickly got us a new one. We had the classic Chik-​fil-​a sandwich, nuggets, and waffle fries. All food was cooked fresh and served piping hot. Everything tasted perfect. I’m not sure why they don’t put out the Chik-​Fil-​A sauce. You have to ask for it at the counter. That’s my only gripe, which is pretty darn good. Oh, and I wish they had one of these in Western NY! Lol

Great fast food, great service and I wish we had one in Buffalo! That is all I can say here but for fast food I enjoyed my chicken sandwich and waffles fries a lot!

I love this place my father brought me here when i was down in arizona and now there is one in erie pa. I love there chicken and there customer service is amazing. Cleanest fast food place i have ever been too.

I don’t eat fast food very often, but when I do, this particular Chick-​Fil-​A is always my first choice! There are fresh flowers on every table, smiling and friendly staff to greet you, and a level of cleanliness and attention to detail that is unparalleled. Zack on the register is particularly helpful and deserves a pat on the back for a job well done!

We went in and ordered food expecting to have it right away… this is not what happened we had to wait at least 10 minutes for our food. Once my food came out it was brought over by a waiter who was kind enough to give me a coupon for a free sandwich for the next visit because of my wait… this is all fine and dandy but my friend still had not received her food which she had to ask about and was told that they accidentally bumped it off the screen and they brought it over a minute later with yet again a coupon for a free sandwich and now a free cookie.
With my friend waiting at least 15 – 20 minutes I think a little more than a free sandwich would have been nice…
With that all being said the food came out and was amazing, I cannot complain in that department.
All the workers were super nice and they up and beyond their duties.

Let’s get this part out of the way. It’s fast food and a chain. But, it is the best fast food by a chain and by a large margin. Nobody is better. Chik-​Fil-​A does everything right that the McDonalds, Burger Kings and Taco Bells of the world do not.
First — The people. I have no idea how they hire their employees but each and every one I’ve ever interacted with is incredibly pleasant, competent and helpful. Staff will come by and ask how your meal was, pick up your tray, and genuinely appear happy to do it. If the wait time is building up they will ask you to take a seat and bring the food to you. My understanding is that the employees are paid well for the industry and no location is open on Sundays.
Second — Cleanliness. These restaurants are spotlessly clean. Sticky placemats are provided for children who eat directly off of the tables. The bathrooms have flowers and in addition to the standard hand soap, sanitizer, mouthwash, and moisturizing cream are provided. Staff will endlessly go around the restaurant to make sure food is picked up after and tables are wiped down.
The Food — Awesome. Not just for fast food, but good overall. Everything tastes fresh. Their chicken sandwiches are to die for (moist, tender). The waffle fries are always crispy and delicious. Their sauces are fantastic (go for the Chik-​Fil-​A sauce). Milkshakes are made with real ice cream and thick. Kids meals offer healthy options such as grilled chicken and apple slices. BTW — They do a good job here of asking you about dietary restrictions. The prices are usually on-​par, if not cheaper than McDonald’s.
They Love Kids — Every Chik-​Fil-​A I’ve been to has a full playground. Really nice ones that would rival any park. Many locations also have a mascot who will interact with the kids, take photos, etc. Plenty of high chairs too. They do not advertise that toys will come with a meal — They’ll throw one in unexpectedly. Recently they gave my son a little cow watch.
This is about as pleasant of a fast food dining experience one can have. Highly recommended for families looking for a friendly and affordable environment with delicious food.

I’m from Seattle and have stayed in the West Coast all my life up until now. I drove across country with my boyfriend and friend to make sure my boyfriend arrived safely to Erie for Pharmacy school.
Fresh to this place, we were hungry and didn’t know what to eat… while driving on Peach Street I noticed Chick-​Fil-​A and suggested we try it. My sister’s co-​worker ranked Chick-​Fil-​A in his top 3 burger/​sandwich joints. So I had to see what the fuss was about.
We ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe w/​a side of Chick-​Fil-​A sauce.
All I can say is DAMN. The chicken was juicy and tender. It also wasn’t overly spicy, just the right amount of kick. The Chick-​Fil-​A sauce on the sandwich was. YUM.
if only they had a Chick-​Fil-​A in Seattle. I’d be in heaven.

When my parents told me they would be heading to Erie, PA for the Lake Erie Fanfare, a DCI show sponsored by the Lake Erie Regiment drum corps, my first thought was:

I had my Dad get me a ticket so that I could finally get to Erie for some chicken strips and honey roasted BBQ. Though I can’t say I agree with this company’s CEO’s politics, I do love their chicken. And hopefully, to improve my karma for eating here, a monetary donation to the Give A Damn Campaign can offset my purchase of Chick’s chicken.
Erie is seriously like the Northeastern HQ for every fast food place imaginable. It thrilled me that Chick-​Fil-​A was a part of the smörgåsbord.
I ordered chicken strips with honey roasted BBQ and a side salad with ranch dressing. Also, a diet lemonade (so I could put those calories toward a shake after dinner). The chicken strips were delectable. Ample, tender, juicy chicken with the perfect breading. The honey roasted BBQ is my favorite sauce. If you’ve never tried it, you must! I don’t really care for fries much and especially not waffle fries so I got a salad and it was awesome! Chopped nicely, dark leaf romaine, tomatoes, cheese, these little red pepper crunchies, and tasty ranch. The diet lemonade was delish! I ordered a chocolate shake after that I could have done without. It was okay. Very thick, reminiscent of a Wendy’s frosty.
We brought a cooler and took home some sandwiches and tenders. Ha! This is so worth the 2 hour drive… But only once per year for me. When is WNY going to welcome Chick-​Fil-​A?! I need my fix more often!!!
Oh and I MUST mention the outstanding, friendly service and clean, modern interior of this restaurant. Will be back when I’m in Erie next!
