What an experience this was. The waiter was super nice and accommodating and that was about the only good thing of our entire dinner experience here. We had a short wait and after we were seated we put in our order and waited… and waited and waited… and waited for our food. The place was not that busy so I really don’t understand what took so long and even the waiter kept apologizing multiple times and gave us an unsolicited discount on our check because of it. Once we finally got the food it was just OK at best. My wife ordered loaded nachos and she said the chips were stale and the taste was awful. She is a food server herself and she said she would throw out the entire batch if they were as stale as these ones were. I had a burger that was just ok and ordered a stack of onion rings for our table and those were actually quite good. Nice and crispy with the right amount of seasoning. We ordered a side of their hottest hot sauce and let me tell you it is H-O-T. It is no joke. In fact the strangest thing about the experience we had was because of that sauce. They apparently have a challenge where if you can finish 6 of their wings with that sauce you get your name up on the wall and a free t-shirt. Two tables away from us a young couple were there and the girl was attempting the challenge. Her boyfriend had supposedly done the challenge before and she was wearing the t-shirt he got but she wanted to do it herself. She got 3 wings into it and basically couldn’t take it anymore and excused herself to the bathroom. After she got back her show-off boyfriend ate the remaining 3 wings for her. About 5 minutes later. he stood up and very quickly started to make his way towards us and onto the bathroom with his hands covering his mouth and eyes watering like a river. Right as he gets to our table… he coughs and then vomits. into his hands which leaked out all over and then he finished vomiting on the floor right next to our table. He then went blasting into the bathroom to clean himself up. Even stranger yet… customers that were sitting around the area started asking to move to other tables… and the staff just left the puke on the ground. The kicker of the whole thing is they gave the kid a bucket and paper towels and made HIM clean it up!!! So disgusting…

We used to come here religiously after skiing on the way back to Cleveland every season. Last time I was here with my buddies we ordered shots to celebrate my friends birthday. Our waiter refused to bring us 5 th round because of the«company policy». My friends and I are big dudes and can handle more than 5 lousy shots plus we had a DD with us. We explaind the situation to the bartender but she refused to listen. According to her, the owner of the place who also owns the Applebee’s next to this place forced them to do this against franchise policy to limit liquor consumption pp. Ive never herd of such BS before. Have you?

Thai Cracker wings… AMAZING! This is a great place to just pig out on some good wings. Girls, put ur hair back and grab some napkins it can get messy. I’m only giving them 5 stars over their wing flavors and service. I personally won’t eat anything else on the menu. This is strictly a wing dive for me. I was just there last night with a date. Honestly the only bad thing was the wet naps weren’t warm like they always are… can’t take away a star over a cold wet nap… Enjoy ;-)

Disappointing visit. Slow service, friendly, but inattentive waitress, cold temperature..(why is this place always soo cold? Everyone in the place had their coats on.) Average wings, not even enough sauce. Wife’s burger was dry. Did not get celery or twizlers. Used to love the lube, but after several lame visits we will be moving on.

Really really good food! If your looking for something not hot at all I got regular bbq wings so good. If your there ask for the waitresses Deborah. I had just met the lady and she was very nice and answered all questions we had *we had a lot* and she gave us extra twizzlers.

The decorating inside this restaurant is fun and interesting, with cars held aloft in the dining areas, hoods on walls, and old gas pumps converted to tv’s. Chicken and steak are the all stars here, with an extensive wing sauce list comparable to Buffalo Wild Wings. At our lunch visit we tried the Haute Parm wings, cheesesteak sub, the Arizona burger and the buffet for a child(a great deal @ just $ 5). The sandwiches were good, but the Arizona burger was far more interesting and had a unique flavor. Wings were excellent. The buffet is minimal, but for a plain food loving kid who doesn’t eat large portions it was a nice option. Pricing was reasonable, location was easy to get to off the highway, and parking with a camper was a breeze. Plus, while I was waiting in the bathroom for my little one a mini TV was playing Property Brothers… best 20 minutes I’ve ever spent waiting in a restaurant bathroom.

This place is lucky they get one star. There’s a sign out front claiming to have the Best Wings in the U.S.A. Well I don’t know who is judging their wings but that person must not have any taste buds. First of all, the chairs in this place belong out in someone’s backyard; they are green faded plastic chairs, which are tacky & uncomfortable. Secondly, the service is slow. Thirdly, the food is actually barely edible — it’s more sad than anything. Lastly, I wouldn’t eat here again under any circumstances. My son had the wing combo with fried mozzarella &6 bone — in wings with hot sauce. The wings were barely covered in sauce & completely lacked flavor. I had the pretzel with beer cheese dipping sauce & grilled boneless wings with medium sauce. Let’s just say we ate the food because we don’t like to waste food. This place only has 3 types of dessert so after paying the bill, we walked over to Steak n Shake for one of their awesome shakes. Words of advice — skip this place altogether & go to either Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, Longhorn Steakhouse, Steak n Shake, Texas Roadhouse Grill or just about any other eatery along Peach Street. This place is just plain disappointing.

During our stays to visit Presque Isle, we always stop here to cool off and grab a bite to eat. The staff is always well attentive on getting our order correct and keeping the drinks filled up, whether they are busy or it is a slow period… Never had a bad experience!

Stopped here en route from Ohio to Boston with my husband and two kids under 5. We picked this place based on Unilocal reviews and proximity to I-90. My 2yo is a complete car fanatic and was adorably shell-shocked upon walking in and seeing motorcycles hanging from the ceiling and parked at the entrance, along with a car fender serving as the hostess stand. Food was exactly as advertised and expected. My husband had the chicken Cobb salad(yum) and I had the spicy fish tacos. We also enjoyed some great local brews. Kids menu is typical(we got grilled cheese and macaroni, both with carrots), and came with a cardboard car to take home(very nice for our continuing long drive). Our waitress was fantastic, too; very pleasant. Great stop overall, and fun for our kids!

I love Quaker steak and lube — I wish they served coke products — I always get water at QS&L — the lunch buffet is always Great and all of the restaurants seems to be on the same page with the buffets — I mean you’re a chain act like one — I mean you are now but who cares it was straighten out and we are good

Food was great, so was the service! It got pretty busy when we got there and the server apologized that the kitchen got backed up and apologize for the wait. Our entrées came out way quicker than I anticipated and everything tasted great including the cocktails!

As always the food is really good here. Service could have been a little better. Staff seemed more worried about talking to their friends than waiting on us. Prices are not cheap here. It’s like eating in an airport restaurant as far as price goes so make sure u bring your wallet.

I got seated and waited and waited for a server no one ever came. Although one server cleaned the table next to me and vacuumed the carpet and another server ask the table next to me if they needed refills. Hmmm maybe my bright orange sweatshirt wasn’t bright enough for anyone to see me. But it’s ok I just went down the street to Texas road house and now I’m having a great steak.

Went for dinner on a Friday night. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was good. Not a lot of vegetarian options, but the house salad was a good size, and combined with fried pickles made a decent meal.

After driving for just over 7 hours, I was hungry and needed a place to get decent food and review my presentation for the next day. I looked on Unilocal and saw a bunch of folks had raved about Picasso’s so I drove down to the mall, walked around that sad place and couldn’t find the artsy sandwich shop which so many people had recommended. I drove back up Peach and saw Quaker sitting there. My expectations were kind of low, but I was really hungry, needed to run through my slide deck and just wanted to chill. The hostess asked if I wanted to sit at the bar or a booth. I opted for booth. This is where the awesomeness began. I lucked out and got Jessica as a waitress. I was a little brain dead from the looooong drive so I had her repeat a few of the local brews they offered. She brought me a Railbender(tasty as candy, 6.8% that feels like a 5.4%). I also got the shrimp tacos with a side of fries. I asked for hotsauce and was given a choice of Franks or Tabasco(given the proximity to Buffalo, I see now why Franks is an option). The food came out faster than I expected. Mega bonus points, Jessica checked on me at all the right times and gave me space when I didn’t need anything. The food was solid, the fries were smoking hot, the tacos tasted great, nothing special about the shrimp itself, but the flavors definitely danced together. I read some of the negative things folks wrote about this place, but the time I visited, things were better than I expected. Maybe ask if Jessica is serving and see if you can sit in her section(although the other waitress nearby looked like she was doing an outstanding job as well).

This place was interesting, it has an old timey feel to it. It was nice see all the cars around. We eat there friday august 29 around 2:30 My reasoning for 2 stars is the waitress did not really help my company out. There was 3 of us traveling from ga to buffalo new york. We decided to stop in and grab some wings, and food. We had an arizona burger. It was interesting mix of food and burger. It was huge!!! My boss said it was really good. I think it had jalponoes and like a southwestern type burger. I personally had shrimp and fries. The shrimp is frozen and just put into the fryer. Nothing special but it hit what i was craving. I personal like my shrimp a little softer than what they cooked it. I know sometimes the cook is busy and shrimp only takes 2 – 3 minutes. My other boss had wings and fish. We have no clue what type of fish he was eating.(neither did the waitress, and we couldn’t ask because she never came back.) The wings we all split and they were soft. When you make wings they need to be crispy. The sauce was interesting they had so many selections, we picked the one in the picture on the menu in the top right corner.(the server did not know what sauce it was.) it was all right nothing that stood out for us. also they have an atomic challenge that is pretty interesting. Eat the 10 wings and free t-shirt. Also this restaurant was represented at the buffalo national wing festival. This tent was right next to my companies. This company at the festival was highly annoying, they had a whistle that they always blow for 10 hours straight. Wish they had a more mature and professional management at the festival!

The décor is dated… the car out front that greets you at the door has 4 flat tires and the paint is peeling off of it. Inside is OK… it could definitely use some updating. We ate here for lunch and had decent service. I got the philly steak without the bun. It said it was shaved steak, but it was more like processed meat. Not terrible, but could have been better. Oddly, the coleslaw was really good with the meal though. The lemonade comes with a part of a lemon plopped on the top. It wasn’t real lemonade as we thought, it is some sort of a mix with sour mix from the bar. GROSS. My son got the Lubeburger and he said it was really good. My daughter got the Chicken Chips and fries, these were also good. My husband got the create your own combo with 6 wings and fries loaded with cheese, bacon and scallions. The loaded fries were awesome. I would come back again, but I wouldn’t get the cheese steak again. I would probably do a gluten free burger.
