At first its a great place to get old vintage games and newer ones along with movies, records and music CDs. I give them 2 stars simply for the reason that you can go in there and leave with the item you were after. After shopping and returning multiple times, you are quick to learn that the staff are very hot headed and rather rude trying to ask simple questions. Not to mention *most* of their prices for certain select games and consoles are friggen outrageous. Their return policy is horrible and their *buy rates* for select games is also bad. They have a list price of something for $ 60 dollars and you would be lucky to get $ 15 for your game. If you need an old vintage game sale or purchase; save yourself the hassle and use eBay.

This is not the record store «Championship Vinyl» from the movie High Fidelity with John Cusack where I don’t know anything about Music. True, I don’t know a ton about music but these guys are actually really helpful and they will move a little bit on the price if you are trading stuff up.
Video games they have them very cheap and they will tell you which ones rock and which ones don’t. They also gave me tips of of stuff to do and will trade up and trade down.
They will order music for you and even rare stuff to fine and they make sure they get it for you. What will I do? I will return with my business.

Nice friendly and helpful staff, great selection from Atari to XBox 360, and all the newer and older stuff in between. I loved that they had old school games for genesis, sega cd, snes, and even still had a nice stock of psp titles =0)
Prices are very reasonable overall. and great selections of movies and cds too! Fun shop, definitely good for a game or music lover.
