Smashburger

Actually not even worth the one star. Worst experience dining ever, cook couldn’t get an order right to save a life. Never again will we waist or time with this place, 30 minutes to finally receive something close to the correct meal.

This place is so tasty. I get the truffle burger every time. I am always surprised at how expensive it is for a «fast food» place but I keep coming back… So it’s really not the biggest of deals. ADD AND EGG on top of u get the Colorado burger– my fiancé always does it and it’s an awesome combo

Good service. Food pretty good. I had an enormous salad — SW Cobb. Recommend it. Must have just been busy — unbussed tables, spilled drink on floor.

This Smashbuger has spotters watching your cars and waiting to tow them. I was a customer who ate here first before exiting and head over to bowl at BBQ MOES and bowling. When I returned after bowling one game, my car had been towed. Really! Smashburger its says for customers parking which I did. You towed my car for what? I am real upset with this business as I had to pay $ 300 to get my car back from Alpine Towing that is a real sham if I ever seen one. I will never go to any smashburger place ever again of this is the kind of crooked steps you send out.

We encountered an abysmal situation that was resolved apologetically and fairly, but buyer beware at this location. The staff is friendly, but it would appear that a single cashier is all they believe to be necessary during a lunch rush, and the manager on duty is too busy expediting orders to be of much service when said cashier-​slash-​food runner brings issues to their attention.
My brother and I came in on a Monday afternoon during the regular lunch hour, and I ordered first. He ordered precisely one minute later, and five minutes later, my food came. It is at this point that a regular lunchtime degenerated into a dreadfully drawn-​out rigmarole.
As was mentioned, I got my food five minutes into our visit. The girl who dropped off my burger asked if we needed anything else; I indicated we were fine, but for the lack of my brother’s lunch. Fifteen more minutes passed, and no food came. I flagged down an employee and asked; she apologized and passed the word on we were still waiting.
I decided to try an experiment. I filled out a survey with his original receipt, to get a coffee good for a free side. I completed the survey, ordered the side, and got it – now forty minutes after we first arrived – and still no burger. So I asked for the manager, who refunded his money, and reordered the burger gratis. It finally came another ten minutes later.
Fifty-​minute ticket times are blatantly unforgivable, regardless of whether you were refunded or not. Although the situation was eventually righted (thus, two stars and not one for the review), we spent over an hour at the place instead of twenty minutes. I probably could have delivered, raised, fattened, and prepared burgers from a cow myself before his food came. I like Smashburger, but I’ll go elsewhere if this location is the only convenient one.

I LOVE this smashburger! The food is sooooo good and reasonably priced. I also love the employees. They r super friendly and their attitudes r great! It’s always nice to come across employees that appear to really enjoy their jobs. Kate is awesome and always has a smile for us. Thanks smashburger!

To start with I wouldn’t have even given this establishment a star considering you had too…
The food if they could actually get an order correct would be amazing. However after my fourth attempt and the same incompetence prevailed. Yes fourth time in less than two months. When I ordered my food simple really; bacon, cheese and mayo nothing else. Obviously too much for these uneducated individuals who work here. They seem too busy doing side work to pay attention to details and the Manger Caylynn or Caitlyn is about as professional as a hooker on colfax!
I will no longer be giving my hard earned money to this company. If I fucked up as much as these untrained and unprofessional individuals I would be on the welfare line! My business will go to Lark Burger and Park Burger! Better class and detailed oriented individuals who work there. Save yourself some time and energy and go anywhere but here.

This place uses spotters in there parking lot to have cars towed that aren’t visiting there establishment. The way it was set up leads one to believe that there are kick backs involved. If that’s how they have to make money than that’s sad! I ate there the day before and the food sucked anyway. I won’t be back, that’s for sure!

The food was good eventhough my boyfriend had to go up to the window to correct his order. The customer service was horrible and the excuse a lady gave him was the cashier had a long day. If you can’t work with customers properly then don’t work in customer service.

Always had a great experience with Smashburger! The food is always fresh, the ingredients are of quality, and the staff is friendly. Definitely a healthier choice when deciding between burger joints!

Best Smashexperience so far in Denver. The Manager, Stephen told us they still smash by hand. Big difference! Chicken club was delicious and Stephen was so nice and efficient. Can’t wait to come back. «Get in my belly!»

I’m a burger guy and The Smash delivers every time. My wife and I usually each get a burger and share an order of fries and that’s plenty for the both of us. Can’t go wrong with the Classic Smash but if you wanna get messy and like a little heat do yourself a favor and get down on a Colorado Smash.
We usually fill up for well under $ 20 unless we get crazy and do a shake to finish it off. Shakes are bomb! They use Hagen Daz Ice Cream which is what I grew up on back east.
If you join their mailing list you will get some pretty good deals and on a regular basis.

First exposure to this franchise. Had the classic burger and smash fries which were cooked fresh and delicious!

Ordered the great“Colorado burger tonite … Everything to first contact With. ‘Erica, the cashier, who was taking care of busy restaurant, plus handling the phones… Order was perfect, plus even had order up on screen. when walked in!!!

Love the food but… at this particular one, they can never seem to get an order right. I mean, EVERY single time we have had something wrong with our order and every time I ask my husband «Remind me… why do we keep coming back here?» Last time it was the GF bun. My husband even reiterated to the girl at the counter «I said Gluten Free bun, correct?» to which she responded «Yes». But amazingly, they did not put the sandwich on a GF bun so we had to go ALL the way back and get another sandwich and instead of making a fresh one they just slapped the contents of the old one onto a GF bun and gave it back to him. I was like, «Really?»
C’mon…it’s not rocket science, people! Get some new management or something.

I have to say that I am a Smashburger fan. As far as quick serve hamburger chains Smashburger is one of the better ones. Five Guys is the best… then Smashburger, Park Burger and Larkburger. Smashburger always delivers a great hamburger, great fries and even a good milk shake.

I went to Smashburger on Christmas Eve. Both the wife and I had bacon cheeseburgers and I ordered a large fry. We each had soda. It came to a little over $ 20 for our meal.
Although the food was OK, we prefer Freddie’s over Smashburger.

Yay! I love me some burgers, and the one I had here was delish! Its by far the best «fast food» burger joint around… maybe a little higher price point, but I’m never worried that what I’m eating isn’t meat! I absolutely love their chicken plates too, absolutely yummy. I had their barbeque grilled chicken sandwich, with some fried pickles on the side and it was amazing. Definitely gonna come back here again! I also love the app you can use on your phone to have it ready to go when you get there. Its incredibly thorough and makes it easy to get in and out!

Crispy chicken truffle mushroom swiss with smash fries and a coke. Delicious as always. Super friendly staff with speedy service.
That being said, the dining area was, to be polite, unkempt. The first table I went to sit down at hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Ok, these things happen.
After finding a cleaned booth, I noticed the dirty floor… everywhere. Napkins, fries and general grubbieness. I went, not at peak meal times, but between the lunch and dinner rushes. Come on, guys. If you expect $ 12 from me for a burger, fries and a drink, I expect good food AND a clean restaurant.
Three point five stars rounded down for cleanliness.

Really don’t get this concept. I am picky about oil content. These burgers and fries are WAY TOO OILY!!! That’s all I have to say.
