Waited in the drive-through at the window for someone to take my money approximately 5 to 7 minutes after I already ordered very displeased everything my go here their service is horrible. Update had to go back and return my food due to the fact there was some type of blue material embedded in the ground beef of the patty.

Went through drive thru and ordered a Whopper Jr no catsup and a Whopper Jr no onion, both with cheese. What we got were 2 Whopper Jr’s both with katsup and both with onion when wrappers were CLEARLY marked the way we ordered. We had driven a block away when we discovered the discrepancies. Turned around and went back. Manager reordered our burgers. We took them out to car and no cheese. Went back inside and asked for cheese as per 1st order. We got a disgusted look like, oh you again and we’re given 2 slices of cheese. Seriously? This is 3rd order from Burger King in less than a month that were wrong. Castle Rock, CO and Pueblo CO can’t get their orders correct either.

Breakfast at this Burger King 7am, and the girl working the register had looked like she had been partying all night the night before. She was very tired and not energetic, but who would be opening probably at four in the morning. My friend and I ordered burgers for breakfast. His burger was just fine, except for being oversaturated with mustard. My burgers were very cold, put together fine, but the whopper patties them selves were ice cold, like they had set them outside to cool off after making them. Probably the same ones since yesterday! BLECK! The environment is ok, clean for an older restraint. Bathrooms are average. Comfortable temperature All in all, just under acceptable… The burger thing… That’ll teach me from ordering lunch for breakfast…

Drive through speakers not working… The girl at the window slower than molasses! We had to tell her our order 4 times before she got it right… no one instead but yet they are behaving as if they are super busy food is taking forever to get to the window. messed up our order… poor management! Have all BKs gone downhill or is it just this one? Overpriced, incredibly slow, poor food quality. They messed up my drive thru order this morning. I ordered a large meal with a diet coke, and received a small meal with an orange juice. When I said I had ordered a diet coke, the guy proceeded to fill a cup with regular coke. I can get more food at a better quality and faster service for $ 2 less at the McD’s a couple blocks away. The only reason I have given BK so many tries is because it is so close to my work. No more!
