I called on the phone and the lady hung up on us. Then I called right back and a guy picked up and answered our questions but before I could ask a second question he hung up on us. Needs better customer service over the phone. Very rude.

This is a decent Gamestop. It’s small, as most of them are, but they have quite a few used and refurbished items that cost significantly less than they would new. Shopping the discounts is the only way to support a gaming habit anymore, so we often come in here to browse. Overall, the staff are pretty knowledgeable and do a good job of answering questions when we have them. We usually don’t buy here, but it’s a nice store for looking around.

This is a good game stop. The people here are really nice and chill. Their services are great, they tend to you at the best of their ability most of the time (be aware that they are people too). I pre-​order a lot from here and attend their midnight launches which tend to go really smooth but crazy at times. I recommend this place, they do a great job.
