Buy-Back Games

Manager berated a trainee right in front of me; asked what games I was looking for, and replied «no offense, but good luck.» Left the store, got on Amazon, and found all three games for $ 30. No offense, but I won’t be coming to your store in future

Zero stars! Wow. Horrid customer service. Purchased a game system controller at a high price. Found a better quality controller else where, returned to the store 45 minutes later to return the unopened controller. They were refusing to take it back at first, then said we will only do store credit. My husband and the clerk argued for 10 minutes about it. Finally the clerk said he would do it this one time but would not give us the full amount back.
Another time we went it was to take back or sell back over priced games. They refused again. They wouldn’t allow us to return the games so we offered to sell them back. He said he would but we wouldn’t get the full amount back, we said fine. His answer to that was «well, we stop buying games at 8pm» it was 8:35pm. We then wanted to buy DK that was a great price ($ 12.99) with out a label. So my husband tried to bargin with the clerk for a $ 2 scratched to hell disk and the dk game down to $ 10, after the clerk had begged us to buy the game. He refused to go down $ 2 for two items that they were trying to get rid of. Anything we said even in regular conversation the clerk had to argue and be right. Evidently at this place of the business the customer is never right.
We will never return.

So I revisited this store a month after my abysmal trip last time. While there are still slight signs of disorganization with games and moves, I’m happy to say that things have taken a turn for the better. The staff is a lot nicer, the loud music has gone by the wayside, and there are plenty of great deals to choose from. And these guys really strived to get repeat business. I’m happy to say they’ll definitely get it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We walked in and the employee is listening at a very high volume satanic and aggressive hard-​core music. We got scared. He then proceeded to be very cocky and upproachable. It even smelled like the employee was smoking cigarettes in the building.
The capper we bought a game. Brought it home, and it was severely scratched and did not work.
Bad bad bad experience will not be back

back in the day this was my video game store, now that i have moved away i wish that this still was.
although i have not been back there in quite some time, sorry, i can guarantee that this place can answer any questions concerning games, systems, and what kids are really wanting these days.
when i was a kid this place had great comics, puzzles, models, and imported games from japan all the time! truly a diamond in the rough.
