The Habit Burger Grill

After my last review I must give them credit for contacting me and apologizing for he staff member rude behavior! Thank you! And just so you know… The food is still great!

Bad service the girls are ignorant and rude you have to watch your money because they come up on you if they can

This is a great place for lunch. If you like a better flavor ask for extra sauce! I noticed they do not put enough. I ordered the teriyaki char and the albacore sandwich, both were amazing but lacking enough sauce. All in all, It is great and definitely worth the price!

Considering the fact that I live and work locally I’ve been a loyal customer. But lately it had been going downhill and today was the last straw.
It was later on in the afternoon and I was so busy to get lunch that I was finally looking forward to my usual meal here. I order the same thing as always char burger with cheese and half fries and onion rings. There weren’t many people in there but for some reason took a while to get my food. I get my food took a bite of my burger realized there is NO tomato and NO pickles… literally just mayo lettuce and cheese and beef. So I approach the worker about it and they provide those on the side. Not to mention no grilled onions but I let that go. I took another bite and saw that one side of the burger was completely uncooked. Which seriously grossed me out… I’m not even the well done type but this was ridiculous. Not mention the cold fries which again I let go due to time. I go to the same worker again showed her the burger and she didn’t even apologize. Instead with attitude she said well you want them cook it more? I said no I’m over it, how many things can go wrong with a burger. She then said well what do you want I said nothing I want my money back since this is disgusting. Again with attitude she gave me my money back without even saying bye.
For sure I’m over this place. Very grossed out. They have new cooks or something and they suck!

My first time eating here. I had the (single) burger with swiss and avocado. It was pretty damn fresh and delicious I must say. Demerit for the fries which were average — my suggestion here is to ask for the fries extra crispy otherwise they’re nothing to write home about. They should offer sweet potato fries as well. That would have made this meal a 5.
As far as my beverage, I had the no-​sugar Minute Maid lemonade from the fountain and I wanted to mix it with a little of the strawberry lemonade from the carafe on the counter. Apparently, the spigot was clogged and an employee took the carafe into the back area and remedied the problem fairly quickly. The mixture was very refreshing.
I would eat here again.

I always order when I go on my break and the call center keeps messing up on my order !
It’s a simple salad and they mess it up… The girls were nice to change it quick but the manager standing right there didn’t even try to say sorry or something knowing this is not the first time that it happened… She also took my salad back and said something that they all laughed and looked at me !!! That’s really not nice.

This is the first habit location I’ve ever been 9 years ago! They have been consistent with their food quality. I usually get their double char with cheese. The parking here is reasonable and the staff is friendly. I like the fact they have the self serve for jalapeños, pepperchini, and chili peppers. The store is also clean. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I ate here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing to say the least. I had never been to a Habit Burger before until then. Last week I received a certificate via e-​mail for a «Free Char Burger w/​Cheese», so I decided to get it a try. The food was really good! I personally like it more than In N’ Out (my go to for burgers). I recommend this place if you’re in search of a good burger and a milkshake :)

Do you like Burgers? Then the Habit is for you. Everything is made fresh. Really good Char Burgers. I recommend the #2 combination, which I feel is the best value for the Money. The fries are very Good, But not great The Onion Rings are also good. They come with ranch dipping sauce which they kind of need for the flavor. Lastly if you don’t want to eat red meat, their Chicken sandwich is vey good, grilled on a nice sourdough bread.

I ordered a grilled chicken for a to go. The person on the phone took the order and charged my visa. When I went to pick up they said they are out of chicken. I had to order another food.
They should have known when they are out of something and not accepting the order.
Poor management.

I have eaten here a couple times now, and I will definitely be here again. This is a solid Habit Burger. I have been to one before, I know what I want, I have specific expectation of how I want it to taste, they deliver on that promise, and do so surprisingly neatly (my burger was neatly wrapped, the patty was perfectly centered in the burger).
I must admit that in the In-​N-​Out vs The Habit debate, i fall well into the «Habit camp». It could be that I used to live only 5 minutes away from one and I ate there too often, but I feel that Habit is a fresher burger that tastes like it is made with better ingredients. But you can be the judge on that, I visit both frequently.
I would recommend their shakes and their fries, which at one point used to be my favorite. (My current favorite fries until further notice are somewhat far away… in Riverside)
I would highly recommend their Santa Barbara Style Burger. A double avocado cheeseburger between two slices of toasted, buttered sourdough bread.

I come here once a week probably. The service is fast and the food is hot and good. They always get my order right.

So, while I was waiting for the bf to get lasered at Rejuvenate next door, he decides he needs a burger. I got the Santa Fe burger lettuce wrapped, and we shared some fries and onion rings. Burger was tasty, fries were over cooked, onion rings were good though. Service is friendly, and nice outside eating.
I am not a big fast food fan, but will have to say if your going to blow it, do it here!

We came in on Sunday night at 7:20, was greeted and order taken by Claudia. She’s such a nice person, very cheery and helpful. She got our order down exactly how we wanted our meal, very extensive with added this and that.
Thanks so much for the pleasant visit.
Also, the store was very clean and presentable.
The food is delicious as it should always be at any given Habit location as well.

After my last experience here I wasn’t sure if I ever wanted to come back fortunately, I decided to give them another chance. I stopped by during lunch hour and ordered the chicken club. It was absolutely amazing ! I enjoyed every last bit of it. I’ll be back to have a burger thanks !

Charbroiled. Yum.
Reasonably priced ($ 4 for a double). Double Yum.
Grilled onions. Yum.
Delicious bun. Yu… you get the idea.
And, you can add upscale extras such as avocado, mushroom, walnuts, cranberry, raspberry vinaigrette, teriyaki…
There’s also a wide selection of sandwiches and salads.
While slightly more expensive than in-​n-​out, you get a different taste (char broiled instead of fried), a wider menu, and frankly, it’s as delicious as some burgers that cost twice as much.

Yumm… yumm…
My kids love this place and I believe it is a hands down a great alternative to Mc Donald’s.
There food is always great and fresh.

Delicious food I must say! Prices are also very fair for the quality of food you are getting.
I love coming to the Habit because of the way they char broil their burgers which gives it a very special taste/​flavor.
The fries are pretty good, they also offer onion rings and sweet potato fries.
The fries we ordered were a bit cold and as soon as I let them know, they made a fresh batch for us.
Haven’t tried their ice cream or shakes but they look absolutely delicious!

This place is perfect. I have never had an item here that I didn’t like. I may have actually tried to entire menu. I always leave with a smile on my face. Posting this review is actually making me hungry.
The parking at this specific location is very spacious and easy to find a spot. I will definitely return!
