I usually get so much slack for eating here fro friends … but their food not only tastes good, but you can tell that it goes above«standard» fast food quality. Food is freshly made if you ask for it. Not to mention you could go some what healthy with some of the options here. Keep up the good job panda express. This location can be hit and miss sometimes, but the past dozen random times i have gone over the years has been consistent and service served with a smile.

This place has horrible customer service and bad attitude. I went to order take out to ordered 6 plates. They were very slow and confused. I had to request Soy Sauce from this chain, and I don’t understand why. Chicken sesame was hard to swallow. Dry, tasteless. No sesame seeds, no honey flavor. Orange chicken was Dry sticking to the teeth, no flavor.

You have to request Soy Sauce from this chain, and I don’t understand why. They know what we’re ordering. This isn’t a burger joint. If you don’t ask, you’ll get home and they’ll be none in your bag. They should drop a few in every bag on gp. I don’t get it.

Came in today while waiting for my prescription. First time trying a bowl, got veggies and the honey shrimp. i think 8.00 for a bowl of veggies and few shrimp is pretty high. Food tasted pretty good though. The line though long, went pretty fast. This was my first time here. Small inside, and parking is shared with Rite-Aid and Ralph’s, so can be busy! All in all would probably come again, if in the mood, but get something worth the 8.00.

I love Panda Express, just not this one. I went in after work to get $ 15 worth of food for me and my husband. Let me say if your on a tight budget stay away. Not a lot of food for the money. Very disappointed in the portions provided in the 2 Entrée 1 Side meal. We usually have a lot of left overs for the next day, but NOTTHISTIME. Also, the chow mein was dry and other options not much flavor.

The food has always been fine. I enjoy the different choices, but they just recently changed all of the staff and now it takes forever to get your food. They are now very disorganized with having too many people making orders and no one checking customers out. I waited a long time from the time they made my plate until the time I paid for it. At least 10 mins. This is unacceptable. Bring back the staff that knew what they were doing! I used to be able to get in and out fast. Change the name to Panda Depressed, because the service is not express.

To start; Store #0199 Receipt #278210. Chicken sesame… hard to swallow. Dry, tasteless. No sesame seeds, no honey flavor. Orange chicken… Dry sticking to the teeth, no flavor. Chow Mein… same as other locations, the recipe did not change from the first time I tasted it at the Fedco(yes I am that old) in Van Nuys.

We go to this Panda Express for the food(when the line isn’t super long) pretty much only mid afternoons, and for GEORGE(he makes it four stars). Ask for George. I will literally wait until he’s available to make my husbands and my food, or if he’s not there we often see the chaos on the line and leave. Been coming here for about three years now and twice when I have let other people help us we have gotten home with an incomplete order, in which we paid for a full order. When I called the managers don’t seem to care about the ladies error so now I only let him help us. Also not that I am bias, George looks like he’s remained in the same employee position all three years whilst we’ve watched many managers and plenty of unsure employees come and go, they should really promote him for his service. That is none of my business however, George deserves credit, and if you go just ask for him because he provides the best service there, flawless in comparison Lol… and I’ve had their employees say things like«there isn’t really a lot of brown rice left so I’m just going to scrape you what I can from the bottom.» LOL, never with George. George knows customers don’t want to be told they’re eating the bottom of the brown rice! Like I said if he’s not there(I do ask for him lol) and we don’t see him working, we leave, and come back another day when he is. He keeps us at that Panda Express location truthfully. Thank you to George for helping us over the last three years! And he’s always smiling, never a bad attitude or rude! –Jana

I like Panda because they may not be the pinnacle of chinese food(nor are they authentic chinese food at all) but they give you a fast, cheap and potentially relatively healthy option for a quick meal if you need one. They have low calorie options that are relatively flavorful like the chicken mushroom or the beef with broccoli which has been a personal favorite of mine since I was a kid in any Chinese restaurant variety. A guilty pleasure of mine though is their fried rice just because i personally grew up eating rice a lot being filipino and all. All of that«relatively healthy» talk that i just said will obviously go out the door when you start ordering their orange chicken or other regular menu items. But in any case it’s good to know that all these things are available to you and since Panda is practically everywhere, you can go get some at a moments notice!

Friendly staff. Love the new bar b q ribs !!! Food is always fresh and hot. The only bad thing is having a wait in a very long line during dinner time but at the end the great food makes up for the wait

Haven’t been at Panda in a long while. Was really hungry and needed something to eat quick so Panda came to mind. Panda is definitely a much healthier choice than your typical fast goods chains, but I beg of you SAYAWAYFROMTHESUGARY/SWEET CHOICES. Just like many other foods and products, their labels mislead you with CALORIES and Protein l, but they NEVER tell you Grams for Sugar, because that’s where you ruin your health, become obese, and become an addict to the food. 4 Stars

What Panda Express runs out of white rice? Wow. And they didn’t have orange chicken, the most popular item on the menu. No white rice and orange chicken in the same now. 1 star. I suspect the are pretty cheap there and are not looking out for he best interest of the costumer or the person who orders really messed up. Cheers! It’s not personal it’s a business :)

My daughter and husband loves Panda Express. I’m Chinese so it’s just OK for me. If I’m starving and the only place around me is Panda Express or water, I’ll probably pick the water. My daughter would get the chow mein, with mushroom chicken and green bean chicken. I just recently noticed how shallow the styrofoam box is. I measured it and it’s just 1 ¾″ thick. A lot of food doesn’t fit into the box and they charge you $ 8.20 for a 3 item combo. I guess I’m just picky when it comes to food that doesn’t use very expensive ingredients and the place charges you an arm and a leg. That won’t stop me from going to Panda Express but I would try to deter my daughter from getting it all the time.

Tonight I ordered TWO2 item combos and 2 chicken egg rolls and 1 veggie egg roll to go. After a long day and not having enough time to cook we were looking forward to digging into our meal. But as I got home and opened up one of the boxes I noticed they forgot one of the entrees. And it is clearly stated on the box what I asked for. I checked my receipt to make sure I paid for it and I did. Do you ever notice that one person starts your order by writing what you want on the box and then passes it along? Thats probably what confused the female employee who forgot to add my 2nd entrée. I came back and Jorge(lead counter) apologized and offered a free drink while I waited for a fresh batch of teriyaki chicken. Now my 1 star review is not because the girl forgot to add my 2nd entrée. It’s because my husband FOUND A PIECEOFTHICKPLASTICWRAPPERINHISFOOD. Like really. If it was my almost 2 year old daughter who bit on this plastic who knows what could have happened that’s a CHOKINGHAZARD! How can you not see this plastic while packing our food?! I wonder if it was put there after I had to come back? Definitely going to call and speak to the Manager tomorrow since she had already left for the day. Get it together folks.

Met a really cool homeless guy there. His body was raped by the sun and yet he was smiling from ear to ear. The people although were not. Customers were staring at me with disgust because I was helping someone who was homeless and who was hungry with a bite to eat. I told him«ORDERANYTHINGYOUWANT.» While the people behind me and their snotty children stared at me it took every inch of my soul to not say something smart like«what the fuck are you staring at?!» But I kept my composure because the lady who was serving up my fresh orange chicken in my panda bowl kept on giving me eye contact and her amazing smile. I’ve been coming to this place for years and I’ve always loved their excellent customer service not so much the customers but it’s all good. All I know is if I ever see this guy again, he’ll always get a plate from me. Especially knowing, he’s a war vet! Please guys, remember to take care of those who fought for our freedom back then.

I have a love-hate relationship with Chinese food. We eat a lot of Chinese food and sometimes I just get sick of it and try to avoid it all costs. But sometimes, I am just in the mood for some Chinese and I go with it. Today was one of those days and Panda Express was available. I know it is fast food Chinese, but if you choose wisely, you can get a good meal here. For lunch I had the Shitake Kale Chicken and mixed vegetables(giving up my usual fried rice in an effort to be healthy) for lunch and I was very pleased. The meal was flavorful and filling. I really enjoyed it. This location is pretty nice. It is kept clean and the employees are super friendly and helpful. They are pretty good about keeping the food fresh. It does get busy at lunch and they do a fair job of keeping up with the crowd. Sometimes, it does take a few extra minutes for them to restock the food, but they do work hard to get it out there. The restrooms are fairly clean. There is plenty of parking in the lot. This is a good location for a quick lunch.

It’s not 2 stars, but not 3. I wish I could give 2.5! Sometimes service is good, sometimes it’s slow. No matter whenever I go, the trays are always half empty. Most of the time it’s crowded. Foods are not old, but kinda oily & bland(like Panda Express) & drowned in soy sauce. I never expect a lot from here, but most of the time come back disappointed. Selection is poor on fish/shrimps/veggie. And most of the time, they over fry the crème cheese rangoon. They never offer sample, but never forget to offer drinks :)
