They never answer their phone so I’m guessing they may not be in business. No voice mail Bought an LG Android from PCS in LA and it’s a peace of crap. my upgrade was a downgrade

Vista, CA
Second metro store I visit and its worse then the last one. They never answer the phone, its way too hot in there. I asked if the had AC and they said yeah but we’re not allowed to turn it on. Maybe if the had AC their attitude would be better. Horrible attitude and bad service no way I’ll be doing business with metro pcs.
