Francos Pizzeria

This is my go-​to place. I am really appreciative of their kind employees and delicious pizza. Their Margarita pizza is a ⁹⁄₁₀ for me and I’m sure the rest of the food is delicious. If it helps I’m quite picky when it comes to pizza, being that it’s my favorite food of all time. I’m all about the sauce, then crust and the rest follows and it was very delicious. With service alone I gave them 5 stars with great pizza, I highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you Franco’s!

It’s only alright. The pizza is nothing to rave about. If I had to order from here it wouldn’t be much of a disappointment but I prefer to go somewhere else. I think the place really went downhill after the delivery boy Minck left. He really held the foundation of the place together. We need Minck back!

Got a individual cheese pizza with some pepperoni and olives — although it’s not a wood oven pizza, the dough is was properly cooked, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Nice sauce and nice toppings also.
The place itself needs some restoration. It’s seem one of those places that beg for changes, because I cannot imagine someone not taking the pizza to go.
Cannot complain about the service also, extremely friendly.

The pizza here is pretty good but the staff rocks overall! They’re very welcoming and laid back, and I appreciate them remembering the regulars and their orders. As someone whose originally from the city and is constantly on the go, that type of customer service is a big deal to me. I’ve sat down here once or twice and enjoyed their entrees. The owners are still fairly new so it was cool to have a quiet dining experience with friends before it started to pick up. Will return.

The restaurant was half full. We placed our initial order which came In a normal amount of time. The calamari was rings that had been defrosted. They were coated in salt and maybe some Parmesan powder. They tasted strange. We placed the rest of our order and that became the problem.
We were give two of our three salads. After asking for the third salad we had to wait 15 minutes for it to arrive. There is no choice of dressing.
We were never offered beverages & never got water.
After an additional 45 minutes food started coming out of the kitchen which was offered to us, but none of the food was ours. Finally, 15 minutes later we got entrees. One dish was wrong but was not sent back because I did not have another hour to wait.
Overall the food was salty. We won’t be back

This place has gone down hill. It used to be the best pizza in town back when it was Rosa’s but now the pizza is not good, the service is not good, and its dirty everytime I go in there. I try not to go there anymore.

Very good Pizza, a lot better than other pizzeria places around. I do come here often during my lunch time since I work very close. I switched from other pizzaria places after trying this place just once.
Listen when you pick up your slice and it stays straight, thats how you know it is the best!!!

Chicken francese is one of my favorites here! My husband and I love their chicken roll and meat lovers roll! The antipasto salad is great and my father loves the pasta fagioli. The food here is a safe bet but most of the time delivery is very slow 45mins-1++hrs.

We finally tried this place after moving in to town about a year ago. Franco’s Special pizza was really very nice– had great spicy sausage, peppers, onions, pepperoni, mushrooms, and I think olives. They suggested it well done, so the crust is a bit firmer. With the large size, trust me you want a firmer thin crust.

What a disappointment. I’ve driven by this place a million times and never stopped. I wanted to try a new place so I figured why not try out Franco’s. As we pulled up there was a line outside and no parking in the lot. So of course I said to myself «this place must be really good!» We walked into the pizzeria and it was empty?! But we sat and ordered anyways. We didn’t order anything special. Typical pasta & pizza dishes. The customer services was GREAT. They also had a live band which I will admit was really good! (I’m sorry I forgot their name) but now lets get to the food… The first dish to come out was RAW. When I brought it to they’re attention not only did they question it they just recooked the same dish! So I told them I no longer wanted the dish and ordered a pizza instead. As much as the people were sweet I must say that was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in Bergen county! The pasta was no better you couldn’t even tell we touched the plate. The owners were amazing but hopefully they fire their cooks and look for BETTER ones. Until then I will not be returning.
