Coffee and the service was good. A bit of a line however the staff here had it moving.

I really like this Starbucks and visit it quite frequently. It isn’t as crowded as other places since it’s inside of a Target, and you can get a really big table all to yourself. It’s a good place to get work done. I’m not sure about the previous staff at this branch since the other reviews are from a long time ago. The staff there now as of 2015 is friendly and provides good customer service. My drinks always taste great the way they’re supposed to. One downside is that you can’t use any Starbucks codes for deals on food if you have a gold card. This branch doesn’t have as many people behind the counter as a regular Starbucks. But as far as customer service goes, this place is excellent compared to the very RUDE baristas at Starbucks Broadway. Walk the extra block and come here instead!

Bought and tried the new caffe espresso frappuccino venti. It was not good. MIT was watered down. Had too much ice. Very disappointed. Not sure barista did not make correctly or it is bad drink. I don’t recommend.

They advertise around the Target about the promotion for $ 2 cold grande drinks after 2pm(valid till August 18th) so we figured we’d stop by since we had a receipt from earlier that day when we had gotten coffee. First, we waited in line for about 15 minutes because the barista was talking to other Target workers that were standing around the booth, making them drinks that they do not even offer on the menu. When he finally acknowledged us and we ordered our drinks, he rudely pointed out that they do not participate in the promotion and that we’d have to go to an actual location. Even though a time before this, they had no problem fulfilling our request. Every time myself or anyone else I know visits this Starbucks, it’s nothing more then a negative experience. If you have the time, take a walk to the nearest Starbucks three blocks away and receive a much faster and pleasant experience.

Hit or miss, as with most franchises. One day great coffee, the next day horrible. Depends on staff. However, if you enjoy getting coffee from a place that thinks its ok to spray for fruit flies while serving customers drinks… yup. I watched as they sprayed the area where they prepared our drinks and kept making drinks. Mmmm toxic caramel mocha!

The other reviews are pretty old. I can tell that by now, the staffing has changed. They are super fast and the cashier was very friendly when I was asking questions about the new starbucks drink. They have a very limited selection of desserts or snacks though, because this place is so small. I wish they had more seating. I think this area can seat about 7 people and you know how many people love to sit and sip on some delicious starbucks…

They’re SOSLOW here! Sometimes they have have one person managing the cashier AND being the barista at the same time. And other time they have two people working. You’d think that since they have 2 people working(one taking orders and one making the drinks), that the service would go faster. NOPE, not at ALL! The service is actually slower when there are 2 people behind the station bc the baristas here don’t know anything! They actually look up what goes with what. Or just don’t know where anything is. I thought all Starbucks employees go through training prior to working in stores? Also, what is up with a target employee taking my order? I’m sure it was to help speed up the process, however she didn’t even know 1) where the buttons were. 2) what my order was! And it was just regular coffee with soy. =( I’m sure over time, this place will get better. However, until then, make sure you’re not in a rush when you’re about to order. You will grow a beard before you get your drink.

This Starbucks sucks, sorry. The workers at this booth are merely Target workers designated to make coffee. They are not like other Starbucks workers who get chosen amongst other 20,000+ applicants and go through adequate training to serve you drinks along with pleasurable experience. They are slow. There should be one person taking orders and fulfilling simple orders like coffee and hot tea while another makes the more complex drinks. Instead they have one person taking orders only and other making all the drinks. Above all the worst is how other bored Target workers vagabond over to the booth and start flirting with the barista(s). Sometimes they prioritize making freebees for their coworkers over my simple order of tall unsweetened iced coffee. There is a silver lining to this towering cloud. if you squint really hard: They will make the absolute drink you want. Because they follow the recipe word for word while making the drinks, hence making you wait 8~10 min for whatever drink you order, you WILL get the originally intended taste of Starbucks coffee. That’s something rare in the city, right?

It’s nice that Target has a Starbucks inside the store. However, I think that this particular location is under staffed and inadequately trained. The last two times that I’ve ordered a drink here, I’ve had to to wait a long time. The girl that was at the register seemed to know more about making the drinks then the girl that was making them(the barista was asking the cashier how to make everything). They should have switched! The manager came out and I thought that she would help move the line or make drinks. Instead, the manager just stood around. Also, there’s never enough seating!
