So glad I found European Wax Center. Emily was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain each step of the Brazilian process and gave me some really great tips for maintenance in between waxes! Also, EWC has an app where you can book appointments and keep track of future appointments. I am looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again Emily! You’re the best!

Great place to get any waxing done. This is the most painless waxing I have ever had done and first time is free! I have returned several times since including for bikini which was done very well. Since they wax all day, they do a great job and the temp on the wax is perfect. Brow is done very well, but it convinced me to do other areas and I am hooked! Try it today!

I am so thrilled that this place has opened by me otherwise I would never have tried it. Abby is the best and takes her time and really hooks you up with awesome eyebrows. Best of all, in the 20 years of me waxing since I was a teenager, this is the most painless wax experience I or you will ever have. They don’t use strips and the wax just gently pulls out the hair. They are very clean, use different sticks every time, they even change out the big mixing stick for every customer. Only bad thing are the room temps, but you get used to the temp quickly. I got 3 of the wax passes and it’s such a good deal since you save money that you know you will spend anyway to keep your eyebrows and underarms smooth and hairless! HA

This is a new waxing place in Elmhurst. I just got my eyebrows done and it was the best experience I’ve had. It barely hurt and it was quick and easy. I also didn’t come out with big puffy pink eyebrows afterwards which was awesome lol. They didn’t use the cloth strips they use like the peel off wax which was nice and different. Now if it’s your first time going it’s complimentary I believe but when you pay it’s $ 18. I would come back though.

I was extremely happy with my experience at this location. I have never been to a European Wax Center before and normally just go to the nail salon to get my eyebrows done. Wow. Never again. This place was amazing and super squeaky clean, not to mention the first eyebrow wax is free! Emily is amazing and such a sweet, funny person. She walked you through the whole process, and I had one of the least painful/irritating experiences ever, plus she talked to you. No silent treatment like I was used to. She made sure I was happy with my eyebrows and I definitely was. I will for sure be going back. For the price you get amazing service and I am willing to pay for it.

Very sleek clean new waxing salon. Private rooms, black chandeliers and overall modern vibe. Stopped in for an eyebrow wax without an appointment and was in a room 3 minutes later. Fast! Emily explained the 4 step process and it was a quick and almost painless eyebrow wax! I like that they lean towards using products with essential oils like lavender and jojoba. The wax is a hard wax and its a pretty gentle but effective formula. Last step… Some kind of soothing lotion. My brows were just a tiny bit pink… Almost normal though. I would definitely go back to Emily. My brows look great!
Brow wax is $ 18. A bit steep. I would be more comfortable in the $ 12 to $ 15 range for brows. Bikini wax starts at $ 33. They do arms, back, legs, etc…
Minus one star for the frigid temps. 67 degrees in the waxing room was a bit chilly for my taste.
