Went in for a visit one day. The showroom on Transit Rd looks nothing like the ones on the commercials. The ones on tv are all nicely painted and clean.. We were told that they could deliver a mattress, but would not dispose of the old one(some kind of state law) The others have no problem picking up your old mattress. I guess as for xtreme mattress, They’ll be there less, a lot less!!!

Stopped in the transit rd location with my family. The salesman was nice /informative /not pushy. He didn’t blink an eye to my sons bouncing from bed to bed. We decided on a mid grade plush firm. We got the set home the following week(had to be ordered). Noticed the box spring was going to be way too high. Called the salesman up and explained our dilemma, he offered a swap out for a «low profile» box spring. I’d give a 5 star but we have only had the mattress set for a week. I’d recommend this place. As far as cleanliness goes — yes it looks like a bland warehouse but my mattress came wrapped in plastic. Between the no-frills store and single man operation = cheaper mattress prices. It’s like shopping at Aldi

I have never encountered a more terrible and rude sales person. We purchased a higher tier mattress from them and the springs busted in the center creating what my boyfriend and I referred to as the«crater» after 5 years. When I called about the warranty, the man on the phone said I had to bring the mattress in myself to be inspected, he said if there are any stains that they cannot honor the warranty. So, we struggled to get the mattress tied to roof of our vehicle to bring it in. When we got there we were greeted with the most insensitive human being I have ever met. First, he said their standard protocol is to send a specialist out to our house(gee thanks to whoever answered my 2 phone calls saying to bring it in). Then he went on a rant about the condition of our mattress. He said«look at all your pee stains» and«did you even bother to use a sheet», when the color of the mattress was the exact same as ones on their show room floor. It’s one thing to not honor a warranty, but another thing to belittle and insult a customer in such a harsh and unnecessary manner. I will never shop here again and urge everyone else to do the same, the quality of the mattresses is awful, they will make up any excuse they can to not honor their warranties, and they will treat you like complete garbage the entire time. 0’s across the board for this place. Update on 4÷7÷15 As if it couldn’t get any worse, after reading my review the owner actually flat out told me I was wrong. I called this store twice and was told twice I had to bring it in myself. I most certainly did not insist on bringing it in, I don’t know why anyone would insist on struggling to strap a mattress to the roof of their car to bring in for a warranty they might not even honor. It also concerns me that there was no mention to how hurtful and brash the sales man was towards us. Fine if you don’t want to honor your warranties, but do you really have to be that low to insult your customers? As I stated before 0’s across the board, including the way you handle a genuine issue a customer comes to you with.

Went to the Elma location and tried out several mattresses. We decided on the Monarch Plus mattress with the low box spring. When the mattress was delivered and set up it was not the same feel as the showroom mattress. In the show room the sides where firm and did not sink down on our mattress the sides really compressed. Went back to the store to complain the salesperson informed us that we may have gotten a defected mattress instead of trying a second plush we decided to take the Monarch firm. When the delivery was made there was a $$ 50.00 charge to deliver it. It was just replacing a defective plush matteress(can you say rip off).I have informed other potential customers to stay away from this place. When you purchase a mattress you sign a paper that states no refunds. At $ 1500.00 I expected a good quality mattress no such luck.

Mr. Costello, I think you need to check your records for May 2009 in your Transit Store. I wouldn’t argue about your prices being marked clearly on your products. It is your math computation. You incorrectly added the total on my bill. I paid and left. You then called my cell phone a few days later when you discovered your error and wanted me to rectify it. When I didn’t return your call, you then left another message on my phone threatening to take further action in small claims court. You can say what you want, but my family, friends, and I do not wish to ever do business with you or your company again. We were not happy with you or your products!

Ugh. What a joke this place was. Figured we’d check this place out in our search for a new mattress set and after hearing they had decent deals. I cannot express how disgusting this place was! The floors looked like they’ve never been cleaned EVER and had trash on them. The beds? Yeah, those were a laughing matter. I think I’ve seen better beds by the side of the road. They did NOT look new, they were pilly and disgusting. And the prices? 800, 900 dollars for a no name thin junky bed? No thank you. Do not waste your time with this place unless you want a skeevy salesperson breathing down your neck and feel like a good laugh!
