Ordered online and was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call to make arrangements for delivery within an hour. Customer service was courteous and clear. Delivery service called on day of to give a four-​hour window during which to expect them. Arrived on time, polite, and professional. Excellent, convenient, and highly recommended!

I had a GREAT experience at City Mattress. I was coming in from out of town and needed to order a mattress for delivery the same day. Bob at City Mattress provided great service and was able to accommodate my request. I purchased the mattress at 11:00am and by 2:00pm it was delivered and set up! The delivery person also provided great service as well! You have an Amazing team and I would recommend you to everyone!
