I’ve bought a few things from this store, have not have any issues with them. I bought a leather couch and chair I have especially loved. The leather is thick and good, dog nails do nothing to it. I did have my puppy go through a teething stage and he did eat part of the couch, but even the toughest leather is no match for dog teeth. FYI — their warranty does not cover dog damage. I knew this going in, but thought I’d put it out there for others. I just cover the part my dog chewed with a blanket. Honestly, I have a toddler and the kid is way more damaging to my belongings than any dog has been. I digress… My husband has a recliner he got here and he’s loved it so far. Last recliner we got him was at a fancy place and we bought in to the«Flex Steel» crap about them making good chairs. Long story short, they don’t. We won’t spend 2k on a recliner anymore. The recliner we got at R&F was maybe around $ 700 and we custom picked out the fabric for it. It took a few weeks to come in, but that chair is still in great shape 1 year later. My husband is a big dude and furniture takes a beating, this chair is still doing well. We bought our Tempurpedic mattresses here, VERY pleased with those. Those are totally worth the brand name price. Trust me on that, we tried to go cheap before and you get what you paid for. The delivery fee is a little steep when you are only buying one thing, it seems more worthwhile if you are getting a few things. And I was not impressed with their dining room furniture. No solid wood sets, only veneer. But the sales staff are friendly, overall like this location and the stuff they sell.

Disappointed. Raymour & Flanigan you’re a family-owned, multi-million dollar American company. Aside from quality furnishings, customer service is paramount to your company’s longevity and reputation. Upon delivery my mother commented upon apparent water damage on a disassembled entertainment center. The immediate response of your delivery person should have been: «Sorry for the inconvenience, we will promptly coordinate its replacement.» Instead, my Mom was met with your unresponsiveness [after many calls] and negotiating against her best interests, despite having purchased insurance through you. A month later, someone comes to her home to treat the water damage, despite her disinterest in keeping the damaged item. I really hope this wasn’t a confluence of macro social prejudices, being reflected in your business practices — an older, single(head of household) woman of color. My family has generationally patronaged your business, so yes, there is an expectation of service and honor. This is unacceptable behavior.
