Tim and Bonnie’s Pizza

For pizza places to order from, Ellicottville has very slim pickings. Also loss of a star because they dont deliver to my section of Great Valley, according to the lady on the phone. Ive dined both in and ordered pick up on multiple occasions.
Service: Extremely hit or miss. Some friendly. Some very much not. Usually short staffed, which makes for exceedingly long wait times. And very confused. Ive had occasions where food i ordered was forgotten to be made. Or the whole order was wrong. (That time was exceptionally frustrating because they had already made the order wrong once before. Threw in the towel and just accepted it as is the second time.)
Food: Now I’m fine with paying Ellicottville prices as long as the food is up to par. And sometimes the food is very good. Nice hot breadsticks. Nice crispy well flavored wings. A decent taco. But sometimes it’s very bad. Luke warm. Undercooked drowned in sauce wings. Breadsticks that have been in the food warmer way past their prime. I usually skip the pizza. (I know right?) The pizza has an overly sweet sauce I am not really a fan of, with a crust that’s way thick at the edges. In the rare orders I’ve gotten pizza it’s just as hit or miss in doneness and toppings as everything else.
Atmosphere: It’s a nice building. Lots of space. And the town really needed an arcade and something for visiting minors to do other than hangout in a hotel. The bowling alley is small but the electronic score screen is fun.
Overall, it is what it is. The food can be fabulous or terrible depending on who is doing what that particular day. And it is definitely priced on the high side. That’s to be expected for a pizza place in town. Unless you have the urge to drive to Olean or Springville, this could suit you just fine. I think I will be seeing more of Katy’s Fly In since driving there takes me five minutes instead of fifteen.

The medium wings were awesome. Meaty. Nice dry seasoning. The garlic parm were ok. My son loved the pit BBQ ones but no one else did. They were oddly gooey with a corn starchy sauce. We was covered in sauce but happy!
The pizza is a fail like the others posted. The crust tastes a lot like pilsbury canned biscuits. It’s fluffy instead of doughy. The sauce is thick and sweet. No one at the house liked it
We are not picky eaters. This is the only delivery pizza place. Stick with the medium wings.
Expensive too $ 50+tip. One pizza 30 wings.

We ordered takeout and got the $ 18 pizza plus the $ 3 delivery fee. The pizza was very average at best. It had potential. It wasn’t the thin style pizza, but it was a thicker round pizza, which I usually like, but the sauce wasn’t good. Also, the price was pretty high for one large pizza and delivery fee. I tried my buddy’s taco that was pretty decent, but overall, I’d recommend not getting the pizza here, but order something else.

Great pizza delivered hot and on time

Absolutely delicious sheet pizza. It truly represented buffalo style pizza. We were visiting from out of state and had to have pizza. Delicious pepperoni. We also enjoyed wings hot and had 5 plain for the kids. It was a big hit. The kids loved playing in the arcade that is next door while we waited for our food (20 min). The restaurant is separate but there is an entryway to the bowling ally and arcade inside. The kids returned to bowl the next day and made reservations bc it was Christmas week. Great food! Off the beaten path. Lots of room inside for families.

In town for a few days and found this restaurant on Unilocal.Ordered pizza last night and it was delicious. Tonight I ordered the turkey sub on wheat. The sweet girl that took my order said it was a great sandwich. She was not kidding, It was AMAZING! Toasted bread and really fresh ingredients.
If I ever come back to this beautiful town, I would be sure to order again!

Oh, by the way… I am from Chicago and that was the best turkey sub I have ever eaten!

A great place to take kids especially when all the other restaurants are busy in the winter season. Bowling and arcade games. Always able to get a table. Pizza is decent but really like the subs, souvlaki, and wings. Chiavetta’s wings are great.

Food is decent but the wait is always well over an hour when you dine in. Staff is friendly and continue to apologize for delays but it just appears there is never enough staff on hand. We will order take out when we are out of options but I don’t see us going there to dine in again. Due to wait time most food we had came out cold, to their credit they will get you a new order which only makes the dinner which should take an hour take two.

Great service. Fast delivery. Decent food. The wings weren’t very good. Pizza looks a little scary but tasted good– lots of cheese tho. Almost too much. With slim pickins as far as pizza joints, it was okay. If there were ample choices I probably wouldn’t order again.

Best pizza in town and they deliver! Thank goodness…

Too many mistakes and bad food. They were late with my pizza delivery that I phoned in three hours in advance. Kids had to wait 20 min. to eat. Nine 6yr olds were not happy, lunch was only a half hour long. The St. Patties day special Reuben was a complete joke. See my pic and description in the photo section. I was very disappointed. Really couldn’t believe that they served this pike of crap to me. Proof is in the pic. Last time we order/​eat here. I will say, the girl at the counter last night was very nice. If your cook puts out this type of crap, FIRE HER!

We got a delivery to our hotel. Very tasty pizza (steak special). We also got some wings, which were also great.
Would not hesitate to get a pie from them again. Very friendly service.

We think this is an outstanding family dining spot. Great pizza and salads. Prices are market reasonable and fair. The Greek salad had loads of chicken.
