Kaiser Park

We are in our last few months of the lease and are looking forward to leaving.
The previous office staff was a mixed bag. The manager was rude to my wife and me on several occasions, but everyone else was very easy to work with. However, the entire staff turned over recently. The new office seems nice enough but we haven’t dealt enough with them to give a solid recommendation either way.
These apartments are rented by many families with younger children – children who have nowhere to play except in the parking lot and in the apartments themselves. Lots of running, stomping, jumping, screaming, etc. If they’re not your kids, it’s pretty obnoxious to deal with. The parking lot has (literally) packs of kids racing around on razors and bicycles – on the sidewalks, weaving around cars, and in the roads. Door dings, potential accidents from kids running in front of your car, etc.
The interior of our apartment is just so-​so. Most things are older but function well enough. Maintenance staff has been very easy to work with.
Finally, safety. We have had random strangers literally walk into our apartment three times in the last six months. We’ve also had a number of questionable solicitors come to our door, one of whom vandalized our door when we didn’t answer. I know this isn’t Baltimore – but isn’t the most secure place either.
Overall, this isn’t a great place to live, and we are looking forward to leaving.
