I walked in here on a whim on black friday on 2014. The manager hooked me up with intek evolution protein (best protein supplement ever! And the only place that i know of that carries it) and i went with it. Now its been 6 months, i dropped 40 plus pounds, never been more leaner and stronger in my life. Every time i come in here, i walk out with a new nutrition tip and my knowledge on nutrition, kinesiology, and supplements grows. This particular store is hands down best supplement store ive ever been in, especially the manager (so sorry, i keep forgetting your name!). 6 months ago, i used to be 200 lbs well over 20%bf, currently im at 155 11% bf. Walking in here was probably the best thing i could of done to my health and such.
All thanks to this guy’s advice and tips at total nutrition. Theyre totally honest, they would only try to sell product that you actually need to acheive your goals rather than those guys at gnc who would sell you some bunk stuff at an insane price.

Been going here for my husband’s protein for a few years now. Like that the employees stay the same. (Miles, English accent) is always there when I shop in the a.m. He knows his stuff and answers my many, many (I’m a women, lol) questions with a smile. SEE YA IN A WEEK, proteins almost gone

Nutrishop had a booth last weekend at the Elk Grove Grinder (a crossfit competition). The guy working was nice and passing out free samples of C4… I have to say, I liked the pre-​workout! I’m going to go buy some this week. Hopefully you’ll be a more crossfit competitions!
