Chick-fil-A

Service is always very good and friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. Simply top notch in the fast food /​casual dining category.

I have found my go to cfa and here’s why:
*The employees are always nice and stay smiling all the time .
*The food always comes out fresh.
*It’s sooo clean inside.
I decided not to be lazy and eat inside instead of using the ever so convenient drive thru. I’m enjoying my own company annnnd, human interaction, I love that ish ! As soon as I walked in, D’Angela was outside and opened the door for me. She made my day. Seriously. She was sooo sweet and we actually had a conversation ! You really don’t experience much of that at other
” fast food” joints. Mike took my order up front and he was just as friendly. He happened to hear my conversation with someone and we both found out that we had a mutual friend. Too cute.
This cfa location has never failed me and although it’s a little more expensive than most fast food places, I definitely think it’s worth it.

The premier of all fast food joints has got to be Chick-​fil-​A when it comes to customer service. I do not believe that I have ever been to a Chick-​fil-​A and left without someone going above and beyond their normal duties despite it being «Fast Food». You go to a McDonald’s and it simply is just McDonald’s: the Wal-​Mart of fast food eateries. You got to Chick-​fil-​A and you simply feel like there is still hope for the world’s lack of putting the customer first.
And Chick-​fil-​A has been able to be amazing while keeping things simple. If you feel overwhelmed by the size of their menu, you might want to stick with In-​n-​Out which will probably be SLIGHTLY less confusing for you. A huge franchise here built on chicken (REAL chicken I might add) stuck between two buns… just how do they do it? They stick to being fresh and hire (typically) the most upstanding and respectful kids in the area! I checked in here recently when my wife and I went to grab dinner for the fam and the employees were joking around with me, smiling, and just overall trying to make my day better. Good job to the owner’s of this little Chick-​fil-​A restaurant in Elk Grove at making customers your priority. You might be more expensive than your competitors, but that would be ok in my book. I will ALWAYS be willing to pay more money for more service.
Yes the line is usually very long in the drive-​thru, but that’s because people really enjoy coming here and the line moves very quickly. And you really can’t beat their milk shakes… so good. A+ for Chick-​fil-​A (or should I say 5 stars :)).

Customer service fail!!! Very disappointed today. I went there this morning like I have a lot of other mornings to get the chicken nuggets because my family loves them. But they would not make them today. The idiot in charge said «we can’t do that today because we are too busy with the free chicken biscuits». I’ve been there hundreds of times and they would make them but not today. Isn’t the reason for free give aways is to make money? So I just left not buying anything. McDonald’s wasn’t afraid to take my money.

I love this place. It’s always delicious. Their sandwiches are great. As well as their nuggets. My son loves it I can’t to eat there again.

Went to the drive thru this morning around 10ish for breakfast. The girl on the speaker asked me what kind of sauces I wanted and I told her Ranch, BBQ and Polynesian. I then pulled up to the pay/​pickup window. Paid and got my food. I looked in the bag to see only 2 of each sauce I had asked for. I asked for one more of each please. She then replied with «Um I gave you what was proportional to what you got ok?!» It’s not always what you say it’s HOW YOU SAY IT TOO! Right as the rude girl finished saying that this other nice girl looked at the rude girl and said «We can give her more!!» She asked me what sauces I had and gave me plenty more. She said «Here you go! I’m sorry about that!» Giving them two stars since that nice girl gets credit for being great at customer service. Meanwhile the other one needs to get her attitude checked or fired.

I moved from MO and in MO there were chick-fil-a’s everywhere! I did not know there was one in California until my co-​worker told me. Unfortunately, the closest one from me is an hour away, but it is worth the drive at least once a month with friends. I love their food, and customer service is amazing. I received my food right as I sat down. Their spicy chicken sandwich is to die for and I enjoy their shakes as well!

After reading their reviews I can not believe I have not tried them for breakfast, next time. They are quick and always fresh my favorite is their Chick-​fil-​A chicken deluxe sandwich yummy :)

Very busy but they were able to get us our food faster than we were able to find a table

Bruh I love this food so much. I walked in there and the atmosphere felt so friendly. It was packed with families smiling and talking like in those happy cliché movies. The workers were also the friendliest workers I have ever witnessed. As for the food, well the food is lovely. Best non fancy restaurant chicken sandwich I’ve had! These sandwiches got a nice thick pack of meat with fresh veggies. I wish their fries were salty but I guess it’s healthier the way it is. A good and clean to go place for cravings.

One thing I like about Chick Fil A is that it’s consistent for a fast food place! My sandwich is always fresh, and I can’t say that I’ve ever received cold fries. I also enjoy that my fries are never greasy, and who doesn’t love waffle fries?
My favorite sandwich has to be the spicy chicken. Since I am a condiment freak… I would suggest getting the spicy chicken sandwich and adding the honey roasted BBQ sauce on the sandwich. I usually squeeze two packets on the top bun. If you want any other sauces, make sure to let the person who is taking your order a try.
Employees are always very nice and serve you with a smile! I hear their breakfast is pretty good, I have yet to try it though.
For a tasty chicken sandwich give Chick Fil A a try.

Service is always awesome at Chick Fil A in general. The number 4 spicy chicken with waffle fries is my go-​to always. I can never get enough of it! I just wish I didn’t have to drive 30 min to eat here :/

A little difficult to get in an out of parking lot — HOWEVER; well worth it.
The entire world should take note and lessons on Chick Fil A customer service and business model. The entire staff is on point and courteous.
I’ve been going to Chick Fil A since the late 70’s back on east coast when they were in shopping malls. Perfect lunch. Also, when they made come back in late 90’s in Baltimore area.
Clean, refreshing & again — perfect customer service. This location is around the block from where I live.
I don’t consider this fast food & don’t eat at Micky D’s, Jack in the crack, In n Out or Carls Jr.
Only Five Guys and Chick Fil A get my business.

Can’t get enough of their original sauce!!! I think that and the moist chicken is the reason I’d choose it over in n out. (Unless I’m craving grilled onions). It’s a tad pricier than most fast food but I think their food makes up for that. Also, you have to get the fries. Don’t go home without them.

You can’t go wrong with Chick-​fil-​A! I can’t believe that I haven’t posted a review on here in a whiles. They have excellent service, great quality food, and decent prices. We usually eat here at least two to three times a month, and it hasn’t disappointed us yet. My sisters and I usually get the original chicken sandwiches or grilled chicken sandwich and waffle fries. And did I mention the unlimited various sauces you can get? So good and a definite must! (We recommend the Chick-​fil-​A sauce or Polynesian sauce which are our favorites.) The place is very clean and the food doesn’t make you feel gross afterwards like other fast food places. Check it out if you are in the area for sure!
In fact, take it from my little sister (she wanted to do a Unilocal review too): «Chick-​fil-​A is very good and my favorite place to eat! It has delicious sandwiches and the Arnold Palmers drink is very tasty (just make sure to get the sweet kind!). Also, the frosted lemonade is very creamy and yummy. Their fries are great and not very oily like other fast food places. The sauces have a unique taste and you might find that the Chick-​fil-​A sauce and the Polynesian sauce are the best ones. The customer services are great and the waiters/​waitresses are nice and generous to you. I recommend you to go to Chick-​fil-​A for fast foods!»

Chick-​fil-​A has always had pretty good customer service for a fast food restaurant.
I feel like because they’re not open on Sundays, I always crave Chick-​fil-​A on Sundays… Why is that?!
I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. I always order it with the Chick-​fil-​A sauce! I’m pretty sure its just a combo of mayo and mustard but it is sooo good!
The food here is good and the service is fast!

Once upon a time my wife and I had gone to the Best Of Sacramento. There were so many food and wine vendors that evening , but one stood out among the rest. A young lady walking around the floor giving sample of what appeared to be chicken nuggets. My wife kept going back again and again, so finally we asked her what exactly this was and what restaurant we can purchase it at. Chick-​fil-​A she said and from that moment on my wife was hooked! This young lady’s name was Mary. She was the manager for the new restaurant coming to our home town Elk Grove! Holliyuya!!! We have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years now and still enjoy ourselves every time we are there. The food is awesome ! Whether you order a chicken sandwich or a Chick-​fil-​A Grilled Market Salad you can’t go wrong.

I’ve mentioned this is a previous Chick-​Fil-​A review before at another location, and I’ll say it again. I do not agree with their beliefs and what they stand for, but man, their chicken sandwiches are addicting on a whole other level.
This drive thru is always insane, so it says a lot about this particular Chick-​Fil-​A. Their service is on point, all the workers are sweet, thoughtful and they know how to hustle. Food always is walked out to you at your table, and it’s always fresh and hot.
One thing I’d like to take time to rave about is their breakfast sandwiches. I’ve had their spicy chicken on a biscuit and it was all I could think about for that entire month. I’m not sure if they make their biscuits in house or not, but is the most delectable, flaky, soft, warm, delicious, flavorful biscuit I have ever had in my entire life! It’s sooooo good and the spicy chicken gives it a great punch. I love, love, love, love it.
All their choices are delicious, grilled or fried. Definitely a great alternative to fast food with a lot healthier options. People are always walking around to see if you need drinks refilled, and theres a play area for kids. What I also appreciate is their disposable table liners for the little ones!
YUM YUM YUM! Give this place a try!

Chick-​fil-​A has always been my favorite fast food restaurant.
I remembered way back when I was first introduced to them. I was at Best of Sac and they had a table in the back. We hit these tables first because they weren’t as busy. This lady had a platter of the chicken nuggets. I had one but I couldn’t just have one! So I kept going back to her for multiple tastings. I finally asked her where is one located around here? I think at the time they just opened one up on Alta Arden. I was so hooked that I would drive there from Elk Grove on a Sunday. Haha the joke was on me. They are closed on Sundays!!!
Anyway you can tell I have a history with Chick-​fil-​A as I knew about the first 100 people before it got so overly popular that they just do a lottery if they get way more than 100. I do remember getting invited to their preview party at Elk Grove probably because I got to know Mary who managed that store but she now lives back East. That preview party was cool as we got dinner & got to taste their desserts.
My husband happened to be one of the first 100 at Elk Grove. That meant he got a sandwich a month for a year. I did enter a drawing and got the same. We got really lucky that year and felt blessed.
My favorite is their new chicken grilled sandwich and their salads as well as their soft vanilla ice cream cones. Oh oh, this is making me hungry now!
If you haven’t tried Chick-​fil-​A you’re missing out!

Top-​notch fast food restaurant! I definitely don’t come here enough, but that’s because it’s not the most convenient location for me.
Service is great, inside is clean, and food is good! I love their chicken nuggets. I’ve tried their chicken sandwich before also. It beats a McChicken any day. My favorite item here has to be the crisscut fries. Pair that with one of their many sauce options and you’re off to a great day.
Speaking of sauces, my favorites have to be the Chick-​fil-​A house sauce and Polynesian. Honey mustard is also delicious! They also have ranch, buffalo, BBQ, and honey BBQ. The lady who brought us our food did not hesitate to give us all of the sauces to sample, which was really kind of her!
And finally, the milkshakes. They only have chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, or cookies and cream. Standard flavors but I heard Chick-​fil-​A is pretty well-​known for their milkshakes. I tried their cookies and cream shake today, it was delicious! And you can upgrade your meal drink to a milkshake for a couple dollars!
Definitely a great choice if you want something fast, but not greasy like the rest of the fast food world. You’ll pay a little more, but it’s so worth it.
