I decided to make a trip to Panda Express to get dinner and when I was there I asked for a plate of half rice and half chow mien and orange chicken and black pepper chicken. Got ¾ on my plate and I wasn’t paying full attention because I assumed they knew what they were doing so once I got home I opened the box and my orange chicken wasn’t there. So I called and the lady who answered did not care whatsoever so I made a trip back and received a small box of orange chicken which literally had 5 pieces of chicken. You can say that they lost a customer tonight because they didn’t care to say sorry or show any hospitality.

When you are in a hurry, and want to stop in for some quick to go food that you can usually depend on you can’t go wrong with Panda. You can feed a family if 5 – 6 for their family feast at $ 30 that is a bargain! The family all loves the orange chicken, and you can upgrade an entrée to shrimp or steak for an extra $ 3.00. Well worth it as this much Chinese food from the place up the street would be twice as much. Is it the best Chinese food ever? No! is it close to authentic? No! Do we care? NO! It tastes great and makes the kids happy

Came here many times foods always good and huge portion, the service is also good, the last few times I was here I’ve been help by a gal I think her name was Savannah. She was very quick and very pleasant, she didn’t give me a hard time when I ask for samples, I like to try my food before I buy. Panda Express always comes up with new menus all the time, it keeps me going for more. Keep up the good work Panda Express.

I am a huge panda fan and love the food here! I would go more often but unfortunately my boyfriend is not the fan that I am.

Very mean and stingy manager at this location. Asked for 2 extra pieces of shrimp to be included in the entrée and she made such a big deal out of it. Soon they will begin counting the rice grains in fried rice to to ensure they’re not giving you extra food. Came home to find out that I was short by 4 shrimps then the actual large entrée size. So good advice to everyone — count your food as you eat. lol

Fantastic late nite dinner spot. Line can be long sometimes, but food consistently good here. Good size portions when serving and always asks if you want to try a sample — even when the line is long. Also they don’t mind if you ask to wait for the fresh chow me in(when it starts to run low)

The closest panda to my house and I’m stoked. I love Panda Express. Every time I go here, I get the 2 entrée platter with chow mein, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. You can’t go wrong with a 7 dollar meal that you leave you full with leftovers for later! Def my go to place when I’m feeling lazy to cook or when there’s no where else to eat because I’ve eating everywhere else the past week already. This location, the workers are always kind, asking if id like to try any samples before order and the place is kept clean and tidy. Here’s a tip, save the receipt! You can take a quick survey, approximately 2mins for a free entrée! I usually do that to get myself another side of meat. Save myself about $ 2 – 3 bucks! Holla!

Been here a few times, there is always a long line, but I guess thats because I go around dinner time. I have had to wait almost every time for my food to be cooked because they have run out, but its worth the wait. I would rather have pipeing hot food instead of heat lamp food anyway. I can’t find any other chinese place nearby so I guess I will just have to stick with this one and the lines to get my chinese fix. Headed there tonight matter of fact.

Panda Express has grown on me(and not just in the waist). I absolutely refused to eat any Panda Express in the past, but in the last year or so my kids enjoy it and eat every last bite of Orange Chicken and the Teriyaki Chicken(sauce on the side please). The Orange chicken is pretty good. The sauced covered fried pieces of chicken have a hint of sweetness. Its not really my taste, but if my toddler will eat his dinner and the extra side of orange chicken for breakfast, it must be good. I like that they now offer brown fried rice and its the same portion/price. This location can get busy but its convenient and good service. The amount of food/price is reasonable.

This is a decent Panda with good food. But the only thing I hate about this place is when they have old chow mien. The sound of them scraping up what’s left of the chow mien makes me cringe. Overall this is an okay place, not the best in Sacramento but okay.

Panda express is a great place to get fast, okay Chinese good. I love their orange chicken! Always have to get this when I go. Their chow mein and fried rice is alright but definitely not great. I also like their Kung pao chicken. Prices are cheap. Service is quick. Convenient.

Iono why people always say panda is nasty. I can eat panda everyday if it didn’t make me fat. I always love orange chicken, walnut shrimp, bbq pork, and the string beans. This specific location is excellent. The restaurant is clean and if the food looks old they are willing to make you a new batch if you ask. They only thing that gets me about this location is the last time I came in, the old lady worker kept starring at me. It was kinda uncomfortable, it wasn’t busy and it wasn’t like they were about to close so… iono maybe I had a booger hanging from my nose and she didn’t know how to tell me. Either way, I’ll be back.

This place is yummy! Typically a long line when I go but it goes pretty quick. Always get good service but last time we asked for chopsticks, didn’t get them, no forks or napkins and most importantly: forgot our fortune cookies :(but these are small things, besides this visit I have been happy! ;)

Ok. So I had a long day at work and was craving semi-healthy food. I was too lazy to bust out my Wok and decided to head to Panda Express. I walked in at about 3:00 and the place was empty, aside from the cooks and one other employee. I tried the shrimp demo and then decided to get Kung Pao Chicken and black pepper chicken with brown rice. And no I do not want an egg roll for another dollar. She looked at me funny when I asked for chop stix and then gave me a fork«just in case». Overall decent food and enjoyable staff.
