CVS/Pharmacy

Very poorly run pharmacy. I’ve been with them over 2yrs. my husband has end stage renal disease and we had to consistently wait for his medications, though I was told by the clerks that they were ready. At times the staff was very unprofessional to the point of being mean. Aparrently the Pharmacist and staff believe it’s OK to be rude and make people return several times to pick up their meds… I will definitely steer people away from this pharmacy… No One deserves to be treated poorly..

Hate to have to come here. I pick up a family members prescriptions here… but the pharmacy is always understaffed and they cannot service their customers properly. Prices in the store very high as well. Box of Cheerios.$ 4.95, had to buy iron supplement, was over $ 10.same exact item at Target.$ 3.95.I avoid CVS. Needed restroom once. it was filthy and disgusting. most gas stations have better housekeeping.

Very poorly run pharmacy. Staff has lot of excuses ie no staff, has to take breaks, results = customer has to suffer. I ordered my prescription few days ago, I received those automated calls that my prescription is ready but when I picked it up they did not even run my insurance so I got charged the full price. Also, While I was waiting I noticed the dissatisfaction of customer since they could not pick up their prescription because the staff were making excuses that they were so busy that nothing has been done… What? Take your business elsewhere.

Here again and the prescription isn’t ready. We are transferring everything to Riteaid ASAP.

I fill my prescription here monthly. This is a Poorly run pharmacy. Pharmacists are overworked. Techs are full of excuses.
Do yourself a favor take your business elsewhere.
Heading to a Target for my next prescription refill.

Tammi the head pharmacist is a big time bully, she’s the fat blonde lady. She refused to release my. medication after I picked up only a 10 day supply, and since she refused to release them I had a horrible seziure last Wed. She is a pharmacist not a dam Dr, she got picked on so she takes it out on patients. I nearly died if my wife want home I would be dead, she called 911 and saved

fat and lazy, had she looked into my record she would have saw I only got a 10 day supply on ⁹⁄₂₂. On Oct 3^rd I picked my p prescription up after she said she was gonna cancel it and call my dr. She’s a FAT MEAN BULLY AND I REPORTED HER, because she fills the orders she’s not my dam dr. And again I was very very close to dieing because cage wanted to play Dr.

Samantha is very helpful and kind i always look for her in the store because she always answers my question in the nicest way possible and points me in the right direction to what im looking for, cvs should hire more people like her

This store is great! they have a great inventory. the employees are awesome the customer service are very nice! I enjoy shopping at this store!

This is the 2^nd most frequented CVS I go to. I don’t live super close but a few miles is not too bad. Staff here are quite hit or miss, some of the cashiers are nice, others are kind of rude. I find the managers and supervisors to be quite friendly, but there’s a couple of cashiers that could use some training on customer SERVICE.
Prices are very high at all CVS stores if you were to pay retail, but some of the deals they have are decent. This store is in a shopping plaza, but at the end of one so it’s almost like it has its own parking lot so parking is never a problem and it’s close to the freeway and easy to get in and out of this store. This is an older store but they have remodeled and it’s a pretty big store (that used to be Long’s), so they have quite a selection of all kinds of health and beauty supply and sundries and other essentials. However, they are still using those super old green Long’s Drugs carts and have just added newer, smaller, metal carts which I prefer to use and those are actually clean and not grimy.
I used their bathroom a couple of times and one time they were actually out of toilet paper and I had to soften up some paper towel… dislike! The bathroom also wasn’t very clean, but it was decent and clean enough to use. Don’t expect the same nice environment as you would find at a Raley’s or Bel-​Air bathroom. Think Safeway bathroom or worse…
What they really need at ALL CVS stores are complimentary cart/​hand wipes, which I know won’t happen b/​c CVS is a big corporation that’s more about making $ and less about providing the best customer service possible regardless of cost…

Calling the pharmacy sucks
First time I’ve ever waited in a line for a pharmacy and it’s taking forever
Went in there about a month later the pharmacist barely wants to look me in the eyes and mumbles under her breath «one minute» and takes off. Another girl came

The 2^nd time I called this location pharmacy I was driving to the pharmacy from work stuck in traffic and I was put on hold for almost 10−15min! when I arrived
To the pharmacy the girl who answered the phone was on another call a personal call to her family making kissing and lovey noises… please tell me this was not why I was on hold. I know it was her because of her distinct accent

I am a Target lover. However, lately I go to CVS for everything to avoid the crowds. You can find almost everything at CVS and it’s usually pretty close in price to Target. Plus, I have their card which saves me money, honey! So, basically, I am a HUGE CVS fan. Turns out my co-​worker Michelle’s love for CVS (and other drug stores) has rubbed off on me. Thanks, Michelle!!! :)

omg! I hate cvs pharmacy. Noe service my nana is 76 yr old, she calls to order a refill on her inhalers calls 4 times no one will answer! I went to p/​u her presciption that her dr. called in at noon, when I arrived at 5:30 I was told it was… not ready and the pharmicist was at lunch I waited until 6:15. Today My grandma goes to p/​u her refills when she gets home she realizes shes been given someone elses medication!!! Cant they be liable for that? Thank god I talked her into going back to belair. #8 has really taken good care of her, they helped me transfer all of her prescriptions. She was asleep and they needed some info about her insurance, they told me not to wake her, they would make some phone calls and get the info, and call me when everything was done they didnt know I worked for belair either. l OMG I feel the same way my Mom and my Dad and brother get their prescriptions there !! And they have done the same thing on the not getting ones filled! And they have also given my brother the wrong medication (the only way he found out is he was getting sick and checked out the pill size and color!!) and my Mom someone else s!
