I come here whenever my best friends get their hearts broken. The ice cream here always hits the spot.

Low quantity, the use to fill up the 48oz. Do not use the Coldstone to keep ice cream cold while mixing, ended up with a soupy batch of ice cream. Will not go back

They offer a discount for pregnant women that are obviously showing, how wonderful! I will note that the offer isn’t at every location as a lot of them are franchised so please make sure you ask your local Cold Stone first! I got birthday cake remix and it was heaven!

Love this place! Ice cream is always good, people are super friendly. Pumpkin Pie in the Sky is awesome, gotta try it!

Every time I’m in the area w/​my family (usually at least once a month) and I have a buy one,
get one free coupon (either through being subscribed to their emails or through the Sunday
newspaper coupons) we tend to stop by Cold Stone Creamery. It’s not as expensive as
some of those fancy ice cream shops but yet tastes better than anything I could buy at the
grocery store.
I have been here at least two times and I believe each time I have had to wait until the shop
opens, which I believe is 12pm noon. Both times it’s been staffed by this sweet middle-​aged
lady named Terry (sp?). She’s usually by herself and after asking I learn that the place
usually gets busy at 1pm and from 6−8pm.
There is a small selection of flavors and there not always exactly the same offerings so we
tend to do some taste samples. My 2 YO wanted to try Watermelon Sorbet and she got to
taste it. We tested some other ones and ended up getting those. My 2 YO was
disappointed not to get what she wanted.
Anyways, I asked for what my wife wanted, the largest size, I believe it’s the Gotta Have It, in
Dark Chocolate w/​almonds. I got the Oreo Crème-​Filled w/​Heath Bar toppings (I usually
get Heath Bar w/​anything b/​c it tastes so good, even though Twix bars are my favorite).
After I hand my wife off her order, I get mine. Terry politely asks me if it would be okay for her
to give me a small scoop of Watermelon Sorbet for my daughter and Terry said it would be
on her. I told her I wouldn’t complain.
Sure enough Terry gives me a small cup w/​a scoop of ice cream in it w/​the flavor my 2 YO
wanted. She and her 4 YO sister end up eating it all and loving it more than what me and my
wife got. It was nice and sweet of Terry to offer and give us what my daughter wanted. She didn’t have to do that and it reminded me of sweet ladies on TV and in the movies that ran their businesses the old way, with service and a smile. Thanks Terry. I’ll be back again…

We came in for one cup and left with two. They have yummy so many yummy flavors and mix ins that it’s hard to pick just one. I highly recommend trying one of their pre-​made combos. My husband got the apple pie and I tried the birthday cake remix without the rainbow sprinkles. I have also tried the cake version of this and it was delicious.
They had great customer service. Should out to Eli for letting me try all the flavors! The store itself was very clean and the furniture was neatly organized. I love when they sing to thank you for loving tips. It’s very entertaining.
We got two «love-​its» and it was enough to last us two days. We left the ice cream in the freezer for a couple hours before eating it and it didn’t get super hard. The texture stayed the same which was really impressive.

Went on Valentine’s Day and ordered the brownie sundae. The portion was huge for the price of 4.99. Service was great but when I went to sit down the tables were sticky and wet from the people that sat there before. And when I went to look for napkins the containers were empty. I have mixed feelings about coldstone. The ice cream is good but can be overpriced. I would save it for special occasions.

The ice cream is great but they don’t fill the cup anymore. Waste of money. The price goes up and quantity has gone down.

Cold Stone has the BEST ice cream ever! My favorite is the peanut butter cup perfection. Chocolate ice cream, peanut butter, Reese’s peanut butter cups, and fudge. A delectable dessert any time of the year!

Probably the rudest service ever at this cold stone. Usually it is pretty decent. Must be the owners kids that don’t want to be there.

Ice cream is good, but they are always understaffed and super slow. One girl working by herself is the norm.
We have gone several times and we always wait for up to 20 minutes just to order the ice cream.
Due to them being understaffed, the tables are always sticky and gross both inside and out.
They need to have someone wipe the darn tables done once in a while.
Management needs to staff it appropriately.

With the Sacramento heat increasing each day, Cold Stone is always a great way to deal. They have a variety of different flavors, but I’m a huge fan of their Cold Stone creations! Nom nom nom… Their are three sizes to choose from: «Like it», «Love it», or «Gotta have it»; and I always «Love it». My top three go to signature creations is Germanchökolätekäke, Coffee Lovers Only, and Banana Caramel Crunch. They also offer shakes and ice cream cake! Every year for my birthday my mom buys me the Signature Cake, Strawberry Passion, which I would get for any celebration (graduation, baby shower, getting my car cleaned, etc.). The people who work there are also really nice, I do enjoy our little chats. Now don’t forget to grab extra napkins because they do tend to get a little messy. Keep cool and ENJOY!

You know, I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much when I came in here. The prior review on Unilocal regarding their cakes made me skeptical. I’ve been, however, a huge fan of cold stone (at least the one by home depot and whatnot) for many years now. My friends and I decided, since it was closer, to try this location. At first glance, its your typical cold stone. Clean environment, for sure, so that’s always a plus. One thing I was pleased about, and maybe it’s just because I came in on a cold night, there wasn’t as much of a line at this location. I ordered a birthday cake remix, and was thoroughly entertained with the presentation. They were flinging bottles of syrup, their scooper things, even the ice cream! Once everything was paid for, it tasted like cold stone: awesome. Sucks that the previous person didn’t enjoy their experience, I thought this place was legit.

I recently purchased my son’s birthday ice cream cake at this location. They charge $ 5 extra for the special toy to decorate the cake. I paid $ 5 for a Spiderman. Yes, they gave me spiderman, but NOT the one I specifically wanted at the time of purchase. Since I paid $ 5 for the toy, I expect to get the exact item I want not a subtitute! If I would have known that I’m not going to get the exact toy I want, I would have purchased a toy at Toys r Us to decorate my son’s cake.
I called Coldstone to complain. The owner called me back and instead of giving me my money back for the toy or exchanging the wrong toy with the right one, she offered me a $ 5 credit on my next purchase of an ice cream cake within the next 6 months. Why would I need another ice cream cake? The event I planned for had already past! What a dumb offer to give. The worst customer service ever is to ask the customer to purchase another item before you give them their credit back. What a disappointment!!! I am sorry too that I can’t do anything about it but you lost not just one customer!!!
