Baskin-Robbins

The employees were rude. The cookies and cream ice cream I tasted seemed like it had been sitting in that freezer for years. I won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

Love the staff here, I also enjoy that they are a full running Baskin Robbins, most here in EG are shared with Togo’s. I love how every time I come here I can get any flavor I could think of when it comes to BR. Whenever I go to the other BR they don’t have every flavor, so I’m happy that there is a full running BR with all flavors.

Do not come to this place. Staff and Manager are very rude. They don’t know how to deliver customer service. I recently had a bad experience here and it was their fault. No apologies and very rude. I will not be coming back. Young girl Manger is not a friendly person. Save your money go somewhere else.

Chose a cake. Asked for happy bday to be written on it. They didn’t ask if a up charge would be okay. At least ask the customer before doing it so they have an option. But no. I just noticed when they rang me up for it. 3.00 for a small writing. Going to raleys for their ice cream cakes next time. Same quality and free customization. It wouldn’t have been as bad if they ask you if the up charge is OK or not.

I always love coming to this location! You always get greeted with a friendly hi and smile! We went last night with our daughter and nephew and there was two girls and our favorite young man (I can’t remember his name) we tried some different flavors and picked the best ones for us, I always love the way we’re treated when we come here :)

I love this Baskin Robbins — it is easy to access off Elk Grove Blvd; east of 99 freeway in a strip mall that has plenty of parking. I like the fact that it’s an «old school» 31 flavor B&R and always has a wide variety of flavors. They usually have one freezer of sherbets, ices, yogurts, and sugar free options. Then another freezer with classics such as chocolate chip, butter peacan, strawberry, and then a final freezer that include the flavor of the month, specials, along with other B&R favorites such as Pralines and Cream, and World Class chocolate.
They of course have a full freezer case full of ice cream cakes and pre packed tubs.
The young teen workers usually are smiling as well as helpful whlie they offer you as many taste spoons as you desire.
I signed up on the B&R website to obtain their specials which sometimes include 99 cent scoops, or $ 1.31 scoops. That is cheaper than Thirfty ice cream and it tastes much better! Highly recommend this B & R to those that like a variety of choices in their ice cream flavors.

Wow, these girls here are very welcoming. I had a great experience at this location. Of course the ice cream was great as well. I will most definitely be coming back. The owner should be very proud.

The guy working the night shift on ¹¹⁄₂₉ (with the beard) was super friendly and helpful! He let me try some new flavors and helped me pick the best flavors for my grandma and I. I appreciate the patience he had with her up at the front. Def will be coming back! :)

Have loved visiting Baskin Robbins since I was a little kid and I still feel this way today. I stopped by this locations the other day and was amazed by the large variety of their ice cream selections and all the new flavors to choose from. I chose a to-​go pint of my most favorite, mint chocolate chip. I have also tried the drink blasts before which are also pretty tasty and sweet. The staff was friendly and let me sample a few flavors before I ultimately decided to go with my classic all-​time favorite. The interior was clean and tidy. I will continue to enjoy their ice cream whenever the mood strikes!

We had THE BEST experience today! Andrew was exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind! He was very attentive and efficient! Of the three kids working, he was obviously the hardest worker, cleaning tables and the glass cases when there were no customers to serve. I was really impressed by such a young man with such an incredible work ethic! And the ice cream was delicious!!!

Great ice cream and a friendly staff. There are always many flavors to chose from. Just wish there was some outside seating.

I called in on a Wednesday to order a birthday cake for Friday night. The woman who answered was actually very nice and able to answer any questions I had.
I was kind of vague with my «decoration» description, but the cake turned out great! I got a 6 in round ice cream cake, and it was just enough for a group of 10 people (even though the 6 in is recommended for a group of up to 8). I opted to get the mint chip ice cream with chocolate cake, and with a green decoration/​writing.
The decoration was actually a lot nicer than I expected. I honestly expected the decoration to be a bit half-​assed and slightly ugly, but it was the opposite.
If I ever order another ice cream cake, I would come back to this place!

I grew up in Elk Grove, this Baskin-​Robbins holds a lot of memories for me. It has probably been 20 years since I last stepped foot in this shop. We stopped in after dinner to pick up some ice cream for dessert. We are big ice cream eaters and I actually love Baskin-​Robbins ice cream. The problem is a lot of the shops have gone downhill in terms of customer service and selection, especially the ones that are combined with Togo’s. But this Baskin-​Robbins hasn’t changed from my childhood. Three huge ice cream freezers, with the true 31 flavors (or more?) to choose from. They had about four or five tables to eat at and service was prompt and friendly.

Always eat ice cream when its hot outside… So GOOD!!!

This place has really friendly staff.
The store is a good size. They have a huge selection of ice cream and many different cones you can choose from.
The store looks clean and well kept.
Tuesdays: 1 dollar for Kid’s scoop and 1.50 for a regular scoops

The workers here are always friendly. The only ‘lousy’ ice cream I had here was the Baseball Nut. It is the only one I didn’t get a sample for and I hated it. I cannot blame the clerk because she did ask me if I wanted a sample and I turned her down.

Good service, great ice cream, clean restaurant. Cashier could have been a little more cheerful but all in all it was good.
