Pizza was fine, service was horrible. I stood there for carryout for 5 minutes, at least 5 staff members walked right past me, avoiding eye contact, not acknowledging me. Finally, the guy cutting and boxing the pizza saw me and told the new staff member to help me. She didn’t say anything, rung me up and just grabbed the credit card out of my hand without giving a total or anything. Customer service isn’t rocket science, people. I would have been fine if someone had said hi, it’ll be a few minutes.

Its Pizza Hut, what isn’t good about it? Their employees are so incredibly nice. The one old man with glasses and a goatee is the best employee they have. I always tip him extra, lol!
