I experienced great, attentive service! They went above and beyond to get flowers delivered in a timely matter.
I placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to my mom on the day after Mother’s Day. The Saturday before, I received a very nice email saying that they were able to fit it in their schedule so that my mom could enjoy her flowers on Mother’s Day. Well, my mom wasn’t home that weekend. When I contacted them to explain, they redelivered a fresh arrangement on the original date. It means a lot to me to have great service as I’m coordinating all of this from overseas. My mom sent a picture of her flowers and they were beautiful!
